“Ordered a dessert online they didn’t have a delivery driver so called to cancel. After 2 weeks I’m still waiting for my money to be returned to me.”

“omg the food was SO GOOD!! i did get quite sick from it (currently suffering from extreme diarrhoea and nausea) and did lose sight and consciousness last night but the desserts are FABULOUS”

“Visited the little dessert shop , with my friend and had the best experience! Was greeted with lovely customer service and instantly met with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Ordered a sharing platter and was looked after the whole of our staying by the waiting staff gabby and asha. Would recommend 100 times over to anyone seeking dessert in the bulling area .”

“I have been little dessert shop near by in Dudley high Street in Wolverhampton, I would say very high standard excellent service and lovely lady called Meenakshi. Excellent service 💯 I recommend it to go there 👍 and I happy went today thank you”

“Delivery was said to be 40 mins but took well over an hour Order came wrong Order was freezing when it turned up Ice cream was completely melted Not impressed at all!!”

“I used to love the dessert shop but the quality has really gone down. They have considerably reduce the size of the pancakes and its just not worse paying over £9 for . I thought it was just an Individual shop but I know tried both shops in Wolverhampton and the sloppy standards are the same . Shame it was really good at one time a couple of years ago but i cant justify paying that much for a dessert of such poor standards 😔”

“I do go in there now and then with friends, there cakes and cheesecakes are just devine. It's perfect for a treat or to take home I am pleased with all there items nothing to complain about and the service was excellent 👌”

“Absolutely horrendous staff, never in my life experience such terrible service and various threats including smashing my face, I left that shop fearing for my life and I was then followed by the staff and owner to my car who recorded myself and my 7 year old daughter and our car reg and threatened to find my car and smash it up. Luckily I recorded their threats aswell as them following us which I have now passed to West Mercia Police and I will be pressing charges. Note to owners : recording someone isn't an offence however threatening someone is, for future reference.”

“Maria, from the Crewe branch was so helpful and accommodating to assist with an issue with a delivery via Uber Ear. We phoned up the shop and spoke to Maria. She was very understanding and guided us to Just Eat for delivery . She was so helpful and our food arrived after her help . If you have staff rewards or celebrations, she deserves it . Without her i wouldn't have used your company again”
