“I ordered through deliveroo and was informed driver on the way with order, payment taken but I did not receive my order. When I tried to ring and speak to the manager at the little dessert shop I was told she was too busy. Do not use!”

“In the Trowbridge branch we expected a pleasant evening instead we were shocked to have found plastic in the ice cream! I told the staff and so they then told me “it was from the tub” and that was it. No refund or voucher given. Absolutely diabolical and will not return.”

“Customer service was poor, walked in while one of the workers was by the door didn’t even greet us or even open the door or anything, we walked felt very uncomfortable then waited for a table, customer customer communication was poor, honestly the worst place we visited in a long time felt very unwelcoming.”

“Awful !!!!!!!! Disgusting service waited for 2 and half hours Delivery driver lied and said it was delivered then turned up 30mins later The desserts were awful, they smelt and tested of chemicals When calling the shop and speaking to several people they was rude”

“Absolute joke of a place. Shrewsbury branch so I placed an order 6pm still at 10pm no show of food. Tried ringing couldnt get threw I emailed no1 replied I then message them via Facebook to them read my message and ignore it so basically I have been robbed of £20.90 they took my money and I did not receive the goods I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK ONE WAY OR ANOTHER AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Excllent food and amazing service came here for a birthday party and they gave us everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our satisfaction there were 6 of us in total the food was served in a timely manner and all served at the same time, they even provided takeaway boxes for the items we were unable to finish then, The selection they have is incredible i have never seen so much choice in one venue before which was amazing as we all liked different things and there was plenty of variety to choose from. Will be returning again in the future and would suggest that others do the same.”

“All of our food was really tasty - we had crepes, waffles and a cookie dough which all came very quickly. Our server was called Devy and she was very helpful ensuring we were all enjoying our food and didn’t need anything. Would recommend.”

“Placed an order waited an hour the ice cream and ice blast was melted the waitress on counter then says its the drivers fault and dont bark at us refused to refund and re issue and advised contact the owner have to now get owner”

“Never order from here. Placed an order and ended up having to wait two hours for the wrong food with items missing. Tried calling, emailing and messaging the restaurant and received no response. Feels like we’ve been completely scammed out of £25.”
