If there was a zero star I would have rated it zero. Awful customer service. I refunded dresses and they received 28th April. I am still waiting for the refund apparently after numerous emails on my part it was sent 4th May. It finally arrived as pending on Monday but now its Thursday and still pending. No telephone number and no way of getting my £43 back. Even had the cheek to charge 2.50 refund fee. Do not order from this site worst customer service ever!

Ordered a dress, it wasn’t what I wanted so returned it.. ended up out of pocket by £6.50 as they don’t refund postage and then charged £2.50 to return by”free” Royal Mail Don’t bother with this company

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. I have been waiting for my refund since October 2019. I have called a thousand times and sent emails, I was told someone would be investigating this but nothing. I sent the dress back which was £70 but not even a follow-up from this company. I am never buying from LM again. Wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

I have returned my parcel ages ago and have not received my refund. So many emails have been sent to littlemistress and still no response. Very bad experience and I do not recommend your service to anyone. Poor customer service

Don’t bother buying from here, the custom charges outside the EU for more than one piece double the cost and the quality is average at best. Was so upset by this.

It’s a one star because there isn’t a zero star option. They’re liars and do not take ownership of their own terms and conditions. Do not support them, spend with other companies who care about customer service and QUALITY.

The same as all the comments below. AWFUL. Charged for a dress that was never delivered. All my emails ignored, and Instagram comments all deleted.

I will never ever again buy from this company! My dress arrived today. This dress was meant to cost €195 (it was on 50% sale so I paid €97.65 + €7.75 (delivery) + €40 (customs) =€145 in total but I would not pay €20 for it!! The quality was just horrendously poor especially for the money they claimed it had been before the sale. Also the dress did not appear anything like the colour in the image I have attached!! This is the 2nd time where I have been very unhappy with a LM dress. I feel I have ordered a dress from one of those very cheap online companies where you expect the quality to be poor as you have paid so little. Also I purchased the dress in euros and I wasn't ever made aware of customs when purchasing the dress. It was only when I got an email from DHL to say I had to pay the customs charge that I realised this. I would never have bought it if I had known this charge would be applied. In my opinion this company are selling very poor quality products & using unrealistic marketing to sell their products. Never will I be caught out with this company again!

NOT ONLY WILL THEY NOT GIVE YOU YOUR SHIPPING COST IF YOU DECIDE TO RETURN THE ITEM BUT ALSO THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A RETURN LABEL SO YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY OVER $28.00 TO RETURN THE ITEM....I HAD NO CHOICE THAN TO KEEP THE DRESS BECAUSE I WILL LOOSE OUT ON GETTING BACK A FULL REFUND SHIPPING INCLUDED BUT ALSO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO RETURN THE ITEM...ASOS EMAILS YOU A UPS RETURN LABEL ALL YOU DO IS DROP IT OFF AT ANY UPS STORE OR DROP BOX....LITTLE MISTRESS HAS CHEAP DRESSES JUST MAKE SURE YOU PICK A DRESS THAT WILL FIT YOU BECAUSE YOUR STUCK WITH IT UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR POSTAGE AND NOT GET YOUR SHIPPING COST BACK. The whole experience was completely wrong. I placed my order and at the payment stage got an error message saying the payment didn't go through and the order not processed. Check my bank account before placing my order again, and noticed the money has already been taken. Checked my email, no notification about the order. Created an account but no sign of any order. Was really annoyed as it meant having to contact them, wait for an answer etc... I had to email them 3 times before they eventually respond to me a week later, saying the order has just been dispatched. By that time, I didn't want the item anymore. Received the item and immediately prepared the return. Problem was: since my order wasn't recorded in any way, I didn't have any order number. And just by chance they didn't put the return form in the parcel. Had to write a few details on a sheet of paper. Emailed them over 10 days ago to say I didn't have any order number. Never received a response. Emailed to notify them the parcel was gone and will be with them within 2 days. Never got a response. Now it's been over 10 days since they have received the item and obviously not acknowledged and not refunded. And the worse is that I lost money in this story as I had to pay to get the item sent back to them whilst the order wasn't even placed from a legal perspective. I'm going to have to escalate that to whatever public authorities. They are a disgrace and shouldn't be allowed to operate in the UK.

I would rate it 0 if I could. Placed an order which never arrived. Customer service is useless, over 3 weeks they ignored my repeated requests for a refund leaving me no option but raise a dispute claim through Amazon Payments to get my money back. Absolutely abhorrent company with a poor excuse of a customer service. They are nothing but a SCAM.

Zero star service. I have sent a dress back but they do not issue refund more than three weeks. I have not got refund yet at this moment. No response, No refund, poor quality. Avoid this shop.

this company has pathetic service let me start my story I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE ON 28th October 2019 i did not received 1 item in parcel therefore i reported them as they advised they will investigate further and update me within 48 hours but it never happens and end of journey i have contacted them in about 20 days time since i reported and they said they not going to replace or refund so how so sad i am and this company never trusteble and i am going to legal action as appropriate against the company they are liar and not giving us right information they are fraud at alll i also intend to report with national agency as this company not stand with their content of the Information however when you go to their web page where you can find any information for complain i am commited to go court and take action Immidiaytely dont buy anything with Littel Mistress forever as per my Honest advise Useful Share

Like so many others on here, I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from this joke of a company!!!!! My daughter ordered her Nans Cheistmas gift from here nearly two weeks ago. It says online it takes 2 days for dispatch, but we've still not received anything. Iv emailed several times, each email getting more angry, iv tried calling several times, only to be cut off after the opening hours message. Iv looked for the online chat which it says is on their site but is nowhere to be seen, and iv messaged them several times on Facebook, to which surprisingly iv had no response!! Iv never faced such appalling customer service, or lack there of. My daughter is very upset as now she is struggling to find a replacement. Iv even threatened to take matters higher, but still they dont respond. Avoid this company at all costs!!! They are a disgrace to the online retail community!!!!

i wish I could give no stars for this awful ‘company’. The one girl who answers the phone from their customer service phone line is completely and utterly rude. I never received the item I ordered and when I asked when I can expect for it to be shipped the response I received shocked me. Not only did she rush me on the phone in the rudest way as I was speaking she was absolutely unwilling to help, and that is meant to be customer service! When I asked to speak to a manager she told me she was the manager. I knew at that point I would never see the item I paid for arrive. 2 weeks later I received an email saying the item is out of stock and I will be refunded... It’s been over a month since that email was received and still no refund. DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY OF YOUR MONEY. You will not receive what you paid for and you will really struggle to get your money back.

If i could give no star i will do it If i could give no star i will do it. I ordered once and they send me false item. After many many emails they returned me after more than a month not the total amount of money I gave them another chance and they send me wrong item again!! I m sure they will not refund me again! Dont buy from this seller is a total loss of Money!

After reading the reviews I was wishing I hadn’t ordered from here!! However my order took 3 days to come, was kept up to date with every part of delivery and when my wedding dress came I was blown away! It’s amazing and looks even better than in the photographs. Quality is fantastic and I am so happy
