“An all round excellent service. Letting my first property seemed such a daunting prospect, but Chloe, Rachel and another member within their team have been so helpful and supportive from the get-go. Chloe went above and beyond during my viewing, she was able to answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The ladies are highly professional, efficient, and so friendly. Rachel has maintained regular contact, updating me with key information and supporting me through the process. They have made this whole experience in fact enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for better, I am very grateful. Highly recommended.”

“Please don't sign a contract with them. They are incredibly scummy and the service is horrible. You have to call in at least 10 times to say the same thing to different agents and they still won't listen.”

“I put my deposit down and first months rent and once they took my money they withdrew my application. Still haven’t had my money back and customer services is a joke!”

“Possibly the most unprofessional letting agent I have ever experienced! Taking confabulation to new levels, displaying no urgency with maintenance requests, lackadaisical attitude to legal documentation... I could go on but life is too short - just find another agent and save yourself stress and time.”

“My experience at Linley & Simpson York was cracking because over the time we have used them for sales and rental they have always provided excellent service particularly Julie Thornley our maintenance manager who was an absolute star when it came to getting the documentation out to us when we sold our property.”
