“Good feedback and information from York branch prior to a sale being agreed, however once matter passed to Solicitors and sale team at Horsforth this became non -existent except at my instigation. Despite moving to new offices the York branch did help to resolve some last minute issues and get the sale concluded.”

“Initially i thought my experience was positive as it was handled very quickly. Now having moved into the property I find I have been lied to about the level of cleanliness and repair. As well as this there are various maintenance issues eg hot water not heating at night, smells from the sink, shower left in a broken and disgustingly unclean state... All these need following up and I feel disgusted and misled about what I have been sold.”

“I do not live locally so need an agent who can deal with every eventuality - which L&S has done admirably. Also L&S has been very quick to find my original tenant and the new ones, thus ensuring the property has not been empty for any significant time. And L&S keeps me up to date with any changes and with the paperwork I need.”
