“Very clear and helpful with what they do. We looked at a house and 1 week later we were moved in with no hassle. There was 1 main person that helped us, but when she was out of the office, the other person was just as helpful.”

“As a company who works closely with Linley and Simpson on a daily basis we have found Tyla to be extremely efficient with excellent communication skills. Tyler is very easy to get along with and she tries to help us out in anyway she can; she always seems to be there when we need advice about properties and nothing seems too much trouble for her, as she always gets back to us in her friendly professional manner and clarifies any issues. After working alongside Tyla for almost a year now, we feel that she is a credit to the company. Keep up the good work Tyla!!! And thank you for all your help over the past year.”

“I can definitely say I am very pleased with Linley and Simpson and the service level they provide. The staff at Wakefield are very professional. As a Landlord I am very pleased with how well the property is presented in the advert, how well the viewings are organised, the professional advice I receive and how I am kept informed of any developments. I will certainly continue to use Linley and Simpson for the foreseeable future.”

When I have had multiple questions about the process they have immediately responded and have helped to find solutions when needed.
