“have contacted you several times and no response! I ordered from you back on December for £67.75. The order included xmas gifts. Nothing has ever arrived. I am extremely disappointed with your company and have to now start the process of recovering my money. You have not even got the decency to respond to my emails. What a truly awful company you are”

“Egyptian Cotton Towels - far from it!!! They are thin and very poor quality, ideal for washing the car!!! The colours are also not accurate, Navy Blue is Denim Blue!! Poor customer service as they would not pay for the return postage when the colour they sent is so far from being Navy Blue.”

“Awful - whilst the staff member I spoke to was helpful, I ordered a couple of items that were showing in stock and also had a Hermes notification to say that it had dispatched. When I enquired over a week later that it hadn't arrived I was advised that it was not due in for over 6 weeks. Don't show items in stock if you cant fulfil the order!”

“Ordered 2 cot bed duvets 150x120 but when delivered they measure 145×134 so cant find any covers for them!”

“I am enjoying using my linen duvets, bottom sheets and pillowcases. I find them very comfortable to sleep on and they are good quality. Once I placed the order they were delivered very quickly.”

“Avoid avoid avoid Order took 11 days to arrive Then was the wrong order. I returned...and they have told me its 14 WORKING days for a refund so 3 weeks to receive it...terrible terrible customer service”

“Lovely pillows quite pleased with my purchase would be better tho if the pillows were made in UK instead of China if I had looked when ordering I don't think I would have ordered them. I will be on the look out for goods made in the UK in future. Thank you”

“Excellent products at competitive prices. As a return customer I am so very pleased with my most recent order of super king sheets, they are high quality, lovely and crisp but oh so soft. “The products were as described and arrived in a reasonable time. The pillowcases were not stitched in the highest quality, ie the envelope is not very deep and the sizing is just adequate, but they are nice cotton.”

“Linens had the items I needed ie just curtain finials & brackets as I had a pole in a simple unfussy design at a sensible price. I paid and delivery arrived before the due date. Very pleased with the items and service. Yes I would recommend.”

“Very quick delivery, beautiful product - with the best price I could find anywhere on the Internet. Was so happy to discover Linens Limited, and will be checking there first before buying anything decor-related in future. Luckily I loved the product so much that I didn't have to use their return service, but it looks very straight forward and easy to navigate. Overall, most impressed by the product price.”
