After 6 months, the fabric had faded really badly in normal light. When I contacted the company they told me they the did not guarantee against fading. Totally ridiculous when selling curtain fabric!

I am delighted with my bespoke curtains for my front door. I can recommend the bonded cotton lining which is very cosy and hangs well. Customer service is excellent and the curtains were delivered very promptly.

The fabric description did not mention that the fabric was only safe in daylight not in sunlight. We had bad fading on our chairs after only 2 years (standing some distance away from the window, first floor, west, facing the neighbours house). When contacted about this, the company was very unhelpful and only offered to send the same fabric again - what good would that do? They were only asked to contribute to the repair the damage but refused.

I wanted to say thank you for my curtains which arrived this morning. I am delighted with them, the linen fabric is gorgeous. Choosing a fabric which is 100% natural and environmentally sustainable was important to me. The design - Margreta mustard is quite simply stunning. I have been searching for a while for something special, I am so pleased I discovered your website, the wait has been worth it, they look absolutely beautiful in my lounge.

I recently purchased material and had curtains made at Ada and Ina. After sending for swatches and contacting Matthew by email the order was placed. Bearing in mind that this was during lockdown so things took a little longer. Well worth it as the curtains were beautifully made with patterns matching as requested. They were despatched and delivered next day with hardly any creasing which dropped out once hung. I would highly recommend the company and their service. Thank you Matthew for your assistance.

Beautiful and enticing array of linens advertised online (a bit confusing as to whether the company is Ada & Ina or Linenfabrics.co.uk, or both). But the real problems start if you want to buy something. First, ordered swatches take several weeks to arrive - so long that the fabric you choose has likely gone out of stock by the time you're ready to order, so you're forced to begin the whole swatch process again with a different lot of linens on the website. This happened to me, twice. Something also to bear in mind is that the colours on the website are startlingly different from the actual swatches, necessitating more too-ing and fro-ing. Another issue is that no-one at Ada & Ina answers the phone or responds to emails, which makes communication somewhat problematic. After a couple of months of painfully slow too-ing and fro-ing with the swatch issue, I chose a linen that was indicated on Ada & Ina's website as being in plentiful supply. I decided to have the curtains made by a third party, who ordered the fabric direct from Ada & Ina. The turnaround time for the curtains was quoted as four weeks. After three weeks the curtain-makers called me to say that after waiting three weeks for the ordered fabric to arrive they had just been informed that Ada & Ina had run out of stock of the fabric, and didn't know when it would be available again. So that was almost three months of wasted time and a huge amount of frustration and disappointment. I find myself amazed that this company is still in business, when it seems to have not the least idea how to organise its stock, provide online pictures of its product that are reasonable colour likenesses, send out samples in a timely manner, respond to customer enquiries, or honour its pre-paid orders. I'd avoid buying from Ada & Ina, unless you have a lot of time and patience, and are very forgiving of poor business practice and customer service.

Ordered linen bedding with some trepidation last weekend after reading the comments re late delivery etc. Order was shipped Monday morning and arrived via DPD Tuesday within the promised 1 hour delivery slot. The bedding is lovely quality, have just ordered another set.

Despite the website saying next day delivery of items that are in stock at time of purchase and my order was so I payed the excessive £7.99 delivery for 2 pillowcases no confirmation of dispatched had been given the following day so I proceeded to email to ask about pricing/delivery to no success , I then waited till the end of the next day to see if I had a response to no success I then called the company continuously with no success. This is my first time using this company and it will be my last customer service is the most important aspect to me and they do not have ANY customer service. I still hope to hear from them soon about the status of my goods before I have to contact Trading standards as you should always be able to contact a business with an outcome of some form of response. No response is not acceptable.

I ordered fabric on the 5th Feb after 5pm. On ordering they state that the £7.99 charge is for express delivery next day delivery, this is very misleading as it is now Friday 12th Feb and I am still waiting for my fabric. I emailed them twice and received no reply at all . I sorry to say I wont be ordering from then again, I understand we have covid etc but you would have thought that they would have been crying out for the business.

I ordered some fabrics in August of 2020. Its been a difficult year for business so I waited until December of 2020. When eventually the one item I was waiting for did not show, I asked for the business to send the other items. They said they couldn't despite it being in stock. A mystery to me. They win the most chaotic and poorly organised company of 2020. I've been patient, but I would avoid for now. Its fine for things to go wrong, but there is no sign of respect for loyal customers, or trying to put things right. It's like dealing with a company that is going to administration.

Have ordered samples, not received, phoned and re-ordered and not received. Called multiple times, have sent emails and still nothing. No customer service, no delivery and no order will be made. Really disappointing.

I have ordered linen bedding from Ada&Ina and I highly recommend them. My order was delayed by the delivery company but they swiftly sorted this out. The bedding is gorgeous, very soft but yet bit rougher than cotton fabric but I still love it, it has a therapeutical massaging feel to it. The colour is lovely as well. Very helpful and friendly customer service.

I am still waiting for my order and the promised delivery date has passed. Have had to ring up more than once but now cannot get through. Quick to take my cash though. Very bad service. What is the matter with this company.? very bad customer service. Still waiting for order. Not answering phone. Quick to take money. Have previously had to ring but now no reply.

The fabric print is of very poor quality. When contacted the company I was told that I have to wait another week for the fabric to be reprinted or offered an insulting £20 discount for the fabric which in my books barely qualifies to be called “seconds” and at no point anyone had actually apologised to me for the poor service and quality. Week later another piece has arrived and the same again - poor print quality all the way throughout. Never will use them again or recommend to anyone. AVOID!

Ada & Ina made me very happy because they delivered blinds and curtains to my exact expectations and according to my measurements. I can therefore highly recommend Ada & Ina if you love linen.

I bought some linen bed linen 18 - 24 months ago, and from the start, the linen was harsh and scratchy. I did contact Ada & Ina, who were v helpful, but who said to just keep washing the linen, and it would become soft. It did look lovely on the bed, but I had to wear pyjamas as the linen was so scratchy and uncomfortable to sleep in/on. I kept on washing, even when the bedding didn't need it, but in the end I had to give up, and I gave the whole set away to charity. I offered to give to a friend, who was a bit down on her luck, but even she wouldn't take them for free - "how the hell did you sleep in these?" she asked. So, I wasted over £200. Great shame.

Ordered the very pale pink linen duvet cover, pillow cases and fitted sheet. They linen is of the finest quality, so soft and the colour is absolutely devine. I am one happy customer.
