Hi Katie. I hope you are well. I have just seen you have left us a review regarding the delayed shipment of your order. I have checked the tracking status which shows it has been delayed yesterday morning in Gloucester. Most likely due to the weather as we have been receive information DHL updates regarding this. Unfortunately it is completely out of our hands when this happens and I can confirm it was placed on a Saturday delivery by us. I will go ahead and refund your postage costs for you now.
