“I bought a Side table and matching Coffee table late on Thursday afternoon along with a Vase and took delivery the following afternoon. Excellent customer service and great to receive items in time for Christmas. Highly delighted with my whole experience purchasing through this shop. Lovely products too. Highly recommend. Hi Katie. I hope you are well. I have just seen you have left us a review regarding the delayed shipment of your order. I have checked the tracking status which shows it has been delayed yesterday morning in Gloucester. Most likely due to the weather as we have been receive information DHL updates regarding this. Unfortunately it is completely out of our hands when this happens and I can confirm it was placed on a Saturday delivery by us. I will go ahead and refund your postage costs for you now.
