“Poor review given because the item has yet to arrive. I would have scored it even worse but I suspect that the fault may not be entirely yours, it could be incompetence on the part of the courier service you employ. If this is the case, then they need to get themselves organised, I cant get any sense out of their tracking app. I note that their local office seems to be in High Wycombe, not far from my address, I could have walked there and got it myself by now. Over to you......... Cheers. (order no. 000065927 APC delivery ref. 0003883) Hullo again, score now updated, I was swiftly contacted with apologies ,(fault was with courier firm any how as it turned out) and replacement was despatched; it arrived today. First class customer service, thank you.”

“Order minus one item arrived on time and in good condition. The missing item was refunded automatically but was irritating as it was the only reason I ordered from LTS! It would have been better if LTS had contacted me in advance so I had the opportunity to cancel.”

“Service was absolutely fine. The product is absolute rubbish. Wouldn't waste your money amd just use soapy water in a spray bottle. Does the same just better”
