Everything supplied quickly as ordered. Good price. Unfortunately Royal Mail made a bit of a mess of the delivery but not Lilley's fault at all. Good service otherwise.

I was pleased to be able to purchase a small 2Kg bag of coloured grout. A prompt service from Lilley Tile and Stone but Parcel Force went to the wrong street, even though the address was correct. This took a whole afternoon of phone calls and chasing the lost grout! The tracking service helped me realise something had gone wrong.

we love this product because it brings the stone patio back to life. we did not appreciate the 2 very early morning automated phone calls from the delivery service.

They have the best range of resources and I found in there what I was looking for. Unfortunately the next working day delivery is a bit expensive and I had to use it anyway. I receive the pallet with one item missing, could be a delivery company fault, I contacted Lilley Tile immediately and they offer to send me the item. Very good service, marked 4 stars only for the price of the delivery otherwise would be 5.

Ordered products at a good price and when delivered were well packaged. The delivery was, however, not quite what was intended as the goods arrived two days late, but this was not the fault of Lilley Tile and Stone, but Parcel Force. Lilley Tile and Stone did refund the delivery cost as a result - thanks.

My screeding material was ordered and I'd set a date for it to be delivered. However, the driver turned up a day early and I wasn't in, but it was delivered the next day. Very speedy, very helpful. All good

The two 2.5 M lengths of Schlüter-SCHIENE stainless steel tile trims I bought were a good price; however, I thought the delivery charge was rather high (£12). On the other hand, the delivery was fast as the trims arrived the day after ordering them. Because my order was not automatically acknowledged by e-mail, I contacted Lilley on two occasions to ask them to confirm my order. Alas, no e-mails arrived. I was eventually able to get a copy of my order, though, by visiting My Account on Lilley's website. Somewhat annoying! Overall, I was pleased with my purchase.

Delivery left on drive, Mapei adhesive products well wrapped on the pallet, just as well as it rained heavily so goods kept dry. Bags of adhesive and floor screed products were really fresh judging from the production date on the bags. Really competitive on pricing too.

I had some problems buying on line but them I am an over phone type person. The fact that I had put no gap in the post code seemed to stop the process continuing. Finally I was advised and sorted it. The problem probably lies with me but the ability to buy over the phone would have saved me an hour. The product came faster than expected and plenty of emails and txts about order delivery.

Pamela, thanks for your review. According to our records your order was placed on Saturday 28th May 2016. With the Bank Holiday break your order was shipped today (31st May 2016) on standard courier. Please let us know if there is something we missed on this but is it possible you may have reviewed the wrong company? Our phone number is also listed at the bottom of every page with the address just in case you do need to speak to us.

One tub of adhesive has split during transport due to insufficient packaging. Currently waiting for a response to the email I sent regarding the matter.

We were sorry to hear about the damage. I understand that a member of our team spoke to you on Friday and the replacement will be with you tomorrow 12/04/16. I'll check with our packing department to see what actions can be taken to make the packaging more sturdy.
