“Bloody useless... ordered 2 sets of string lights and they're just an extension set with no plugs.. wasn't clear at all on website or wouldn't have ordered them!!”

“On Thursday around 2pm having noticed one of the bulbs in our outside downlighters had stopped working, we looked for it online, found it on Lighting Direct, where we’d bought the fitting four years ago. We ordered two bulbs and they arrived the next day around lunchtime. All fitted - all sorted!”

“The bathroom ceiling light I ordered was good quality for a better price than I had been able to find at most other stores. It was also of a more traditional and uncommon design which is what I was looking for, it suited the style of my house well. It arrived very quickly and I was very happy with it.”
