“I ordered a duvet cover and on the website it is white in the back ground and the one that I received is grey. I have tried several times to contact yourselves by telephone and your constantly on hold. I have also sent an email and heard nothing back. Not very good customer service!”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong sized duvet cover. The response to my email was super quick and they also then advised directly when they had received the item back and sent out my new one. Really prompt personalised customer service.”
