Although the company was nice to send us samples and reply to our questions, the received items had some parts broken and I specifically ask for a type of hangers and they just ignored my request. I feel that they are very keen on customer service before the sale but once paid, they just ignore you.

This is our 3rd separate order from Lifestyle and the items have always been delivered quickly, well packaged and of good quality. However, we a little disappointed with our latest order as the suppliers seem to have changed and the design (cordless blinds) has changed with a thicker weight bar and a crimp which leaves a visible black line (see photos). One of the blinds was not square so we had to remove the fabric from the pole and reaffix.

I like lifestyle blinds as ive used them before 4 replacement slats which came np. I ordered a roller blind & dpd was spose 2 deliver it other day but avent but lifestyle blinds is lookin in2 that 4 me which is gr8t

LifestyleBlinds has an excellent website and can deliver nice-looking products but attention to detail is not their strongest point. Firstly, and with no notification, the work was subcontracted to a company in Scotland. Then there was no email advising that the blinds had been despatched. The order was for three blinds all of which came undersize in width, outside the company’s stated manufacturing tolerance level but fortunately still useable. Of the three bracket sets provided two were OK but one was not with both brackets the same, the drive end. The included bracket screws were not strong enough for hardwood window frames and they should have been pan head rather than flat head with a cone-shaped underside. The winding cords would have been better a bit longer especially so for the blind with the shortest drop going on a high-up window over a worktop. Without the use of bits and pieces from the installation being replaced it would not have been possible for the blinds to be fitted. Feedback given directly to the company has so far produced no response. Update two weeks on. The feedback has been re-sent and receipt this time acknowledged. The outcome. Consideration will be given to the ideas put forward but, unfortunately, no answers provided yet to two very straightforward questions asked.

Hi there so sorry about this experience Firstly please message us with your full name so I can investigate further Also have several factories in the UK one of which is in Scotland that manufacture our blinds so we didn't subcontract your order. From what you are saying it looks like there was a mix up with the brackets on one of your blinds which I am so sorry about. This must have been a human error but it must have been very annoying. Again sorry for this experience

I get lots of auto emails but no answers to my questions. I want to know when blinds will be deluvered, ordered 14 days ago When I call the deaprtment who deals with my enquiry is too busy and always on the phone according to the receptionist. I feel the customer service, or kack of it, is giving me a poor experience.

I found the ordering process very slow with getting replies and updates But staff are friendly but maybe short staffed like everyone else in the uk

Good price, responsive customer service team but made and sent the wrong blind which is very disappointing. They have offered to make and send the correct one once they have received a photo to confirm we have the wrong one but seems such a basic and needless mistake.

I wanted to purchase some blackout blinds for 2 Keylite windows. As the frames are considered 'custom', I was unsure what to order from the website so emailed in. Based on the recommendation from a customer service agent I was assured my purchases would fit. When I had a secondary query via email, I was then told by a different customer service agent that the blinds purchased would not fit and so I was promptly refunded. Unfortunately, I am still without any blinds. I do think the website is misleading or staff are misleading customers as instructional videos on your website indicate your blinds will fit Keylite's wooden frames but I was told by the second agent they would not and should purchase directly from Keylite. This is not the best option for me as the blinds I need are over £100 each, whereas yours were £32.71 each.

Hi David so sorry for any confusion. Keylite windows can be tricky. We advise that our blinds for Keylite windows are not compatible with windows with a T or P prefix. You do need to go directly to Keylite for those blinds I am afraid. They are the same frame size as the original Keylite blinds BUT Keylite have put more visible glass into the windows to allow more light into the room. We try to clearly indicate this on our site. I like the fabric colour and the copper contrast strip at the bottom of the blinds. They are fitted and function well. I was disappointed to find that the edges of the blinds are frayed (I could understand this if I had trimmed them to fit myself - which I have not). I was not notified of delivery either by text or e mail.

I ordered a sample of black vertical glitter blinds. Not sure I’m to keen as sparkle is in stripes. Do you have a black vertical blind that has random sparkle all over?

Hi there no sorry we don't I am afraid.
The blinds do their job of being blackout, though there is a little light coming through between each slat, but I was rather disappointed that they crease easily. The finish seemed very basic too.

Love my rigid plastic blinds they look great in the conservatory but the responses times to answer any queries and place my order was very poor which is a shame and has put me off using the company again. You shouldn’t have to chase a company for a response.

The actual blinds were ok but the chains I received with them are really quite loose on the bottom of the blinds but it is in a spare room where not many people will be in so therefore only I can see it!
