“I always buy the buffered vitamin c pills direct from Lifeplan. They arrive extremely well packed in miles of bubble wrap and very quickly - my latest order was delivered the day after I’d placed it. Their prices are good with a fairly low free delivery threshold. I thoroughly recommend Lifeplan.”

“The products received were fine BUT for some reason, I got charged £3.50 postage as a surcharge and so I had to pay to have the parcel redelivered. The company hasn't bothered to do anything about this, even though I have tried to contact them several times about this. Customer service is very poor.”

“Great products and service but over the top in their packaging size, quantity and type of filling. 'Suggest Lifeplan review their packaging arrangements to some thing smaller. more environmentally friendly ie smaller boxes , or change from glass bottles to refill plastic or paper bags that can be sent in "Jiffy bags". All recyclable .”
