Got the box. Got charged £35 for set up fees. It didn't work and I ended up on the phone for half an hr up and down off the floor, unplugging box, plugging back in, crawling behind tv to try and set wifi up on it cause it wasn't workin. To then be told they'd send me another box and I had to send this one back. Surely its me who shod be getin the set up fee. What a joke. Good job it wasn't my 83 Yr dad havin to do it

We are reviewing this on behalf of my 91 year old mother.We purchased this alarm with fall detector for her after a couple of nasty falls. Everyone at the company has gone above and beyond with advice and help. The customer service is exemplary.

Harry was extremely helpful over the phone. Haven’t received the alarm yet but the service ordering the product was very easy. He was happy to answer and questions and walk through every step of the process.

Just received a renewal for mums alarm, @£215.85 !! I called & challenged this and was told the fee had been frozen previously and this is now the correct amount. Although, they then immediately offered to reduce this years fee by nearly £100. Why does it take a phone call to receive the lower amount? Vulnerable people would have just paid this without question. Be careful everyone, and look out and look after older and more vulnerable people. This company appears to be ripping people off.

When asked for a delivery address I gave mine and waited no unit then I received tracking information it had been sent to mums lucky she didn’t bin it

The lifeline gives our family peach of mind to know that help is at the push of a button. The lifeline has been used twice for an emergency and each time the response has been very quick and family members contacted by lifeline 24, which has allowed family members to attend and provide support.

James was my point of contact regarding sales, he was very informative about the products available. On ordering he was good but did ssend me the Lanyard when I specifically requested the wrist band so although a prompt delivery at the time and date advised, I had to wait for a second delivery for the lanyard. The technical team were also very good on helping me install the detector equipment. So far, thankfully not having to use the alarm. The service that I received was very professional and I would recommend the company and the service they provide.

I'm writing this on behalf of my Dad. I was familiar with Life Connect24 having had it for my mum. It was easy to set up. I was able to discuss the options and chose one with the Falls option. It was delivered to my house the next day. It was well packaged and easy to set up. I was able to add myself as an emergency contact at the time and then other family members later by calling up. Despite his objections before I got it, my Dad is happily wearing the pendent and hasn't mentioned the LifeConnect since. Hopefully he never has to use it but at least his family has peace of mind.

Updated me and explained the benefits of upgrading to a new Digital box. All costs explained to my satisfaction. Delivery of the new box came within two days, excellent. Really easy to install and return of old equipment so simple, using the existing packaging, that the new box came in, and pre paid return sticker supplied. I have got to say the lady, Sue, who I spoke to was magnificent, willing to listen & give out sound advice. Very pleasant & professional, Thank You
