“A great releaf for the family. Old age and living alone has been a constant worry to my daughters. But having three friends have fallen lately it convinced to get a alarm, lets hope I never need it. Regards Len Williams”

“wayne was clear and concise and very professional in his handling of my call and explained clearly how my query re price rise happened. He then solved this query by tranferring me to a more satisfactory method of payment. I was very satisfied with the way Wayne resolved this query.”

“Havent activated it yet but have got an issue. After ordering by phone, I received confirmation by email with incorrect name. My mother in law is called Peggy Clasby not Teddy. I emailed and phoned straight away to alter this and was assured it would be changed. My mother in law received the package and was worried that it wouldnt work as it said Teddy. Now you have emailed, still with incorrect name!”

“After installation, the testing procedure was carried out easily by very polite staff. Delivery was exceptionally quick.”

“I've not had need to test it in anger yet, but the testing went very well. I feel as confident with this one as I was with the old one. The only complaint is that the pendant is larger than the old one so have had to use the neck cord rather than the wrist strap.”

“After some online research I ordered a lifeline with built in fall detector from Life Connect 24. I placed the order over the phone at 5pm and the package arrived at my Dad's at 10am the following morning. Setting up was very simple. My Father finds wearing the bracelet alarm very comfortable. It's been a very satisfactory process and gives us confidence that he is now able to access help in an emergency. Ten out of ten to Life connect 24”

“Very poor customer service. Initially, the service was great. However, the auto renewal of the contract was not made clear. Money was taken from my account without notice, and the renewable price was 3.2x the previous year. Even after returning the previously unstated rental equipment, I have now had to take legal action to recover my money”
