“Great service-communication, price and punctuality all excellent. Our driver Dave Norwood contacted us prior to us starting our journey, and kept in contact until we saw him at KGX. We would certainly recommend Dave and your company to family and friends.”

“The company was so very, very helpful. The gentleman bent over backwards to resolve my problem. I wanted to travel with my disabled father and was having difficulties. I was quite stressed & I don’t know what I would have done without his help. I will add his details to my contacts & will recommend them to everyone.”

“Great taxi service especially if you’re a wheelchair user like myself. On arriving in London the airline had damaged my motorised chair such that it was inoperable. My taxi driver Tony went above and beyond to look at the batteries and could see where the damage was. Not content just to find the problem he improvised a fix to get me going so I could attend my meetings over the next few days. He followed up twice over the next days to see if my chair was still behaving. It was - thanks to him! Would recommend this taxi service and Tony in particular every single day of the year. His colleagues Geoff and Paul also transferred me around and were great. Thanks guys and especially Tony!”

“I can't say enough good things about this service. We booked an airport transfer for my mother in a wheelchair after her health took a turn and her trip needed to be cut short. She had such good experience with the driver, and he kept us up to date with their progress the whole time. Highly recommended.”
