“JJ was fantastic. He was methodical, efficient and patient. He kindly messaged us before our departure to inform us of our pickup procedure which made travelling that much less stressful. Pickup was a breeze despite the flight delays and we appreciated the water in the taxi. Thank you!”

“Mark, our driver was a delight! He even served as a bit of a tour guide for us as we made our way back to Heathrow. Communication with LLT and with Mark was excellent! They will definitely be my "go to" transportation choice when in London!”

“It was a lovely experience! I made a last minute booking for Stonehenge, got the quote superfast reply on WhatsApp and the next morning Mick was in communication with me for pick up at 3:45am. Very friendly and professional services. Highly recommend :)”

“We had a wheelchair with us,and the driver was amazing. Never been to London before,but he told story from old buildings. He also told us where we could find store we wanted to go to. Ask for driver David and you will be save and taking cared of. Had so mutch fun”

“We booked Kevin to take us to the hospital, my Dad, who is in a straight-leg cast and a wheelchair was taken care of with so much attention. He also greatly enjoyed the conversation about cricket on the way to the hospital. We have used Tony and colleagues frequently over the past year and they always provide a service that is full of care, attention, and expertise. Would always recommend.”

“My driver this afternoon was Terry Maskell. I was very pleased with the service. Terry was very helpful and considerate and remembered to wear face mask (as per my request when he drove us before) and helped my Mum in and out of the car. Thank you - Terry!”
