“I bought four identical items at Liberty, via their online store. The items come in a little purple box. The box is clearly shown on their website as part of the item. Liberty decided to send all four in one box. I requested the other three boxes as these are gifts and intended to be given in the box. Liberty declined saying that I would have to pay extra (despite the website showing that the box comes with the item). When I suggested returning the items as I can't gift them, I was told they are non-refundable. I'm not sure why they wanted to lose a repeat customer over three small boxes personally.”
“I bought a bottle of body oil in their diptyque boutique, the shop assistant did nit even know the product to start with, and then when I paid I asked for some samples, and was told, oh no we only give those out with the big purchases! So unnecessarily mean, and not giving a nice warm experience at all....such a shame....”

They put the delivery address with the postcode of billing address!!
After so many times that I called them, they basically said they can not do anything and have to wait for the item to be returned. They also could not refund me as they had to check with their manager, but the manager is not in sure so they email them. The next day when I called again I was getting the same response,

“Love the pajamas, however, the shirt facing is a very cheap iron-on fabric. Upon first washing the facing shrank and now the front panel is a wrinkled mess. The cheap facing may have saved a few pennies, but in reality it lost a customer. Pajamas made in Romania, where, apparently there was no quality control by Liberty. We anticipate better quality for something with Liberty’s price tag.”
“4 months have passed & I still don't have my full order sent to me. The fabric is in stock online & they haven't sent it. It was supposed to be sent by the end of Dec. & they ignored the order. Then ordered it again & said they would keep in touch, but never did. Now another month has passed & it is in stock, but they have used my money for months. My only solution is to report this to Visa and take action as it is evident Liberty has taken no responsibility to deliver this order.
