“Awful service on the phone. Five boards arrived broken and one pack was short by one. They wouldn’t replace them because it was past the ‘3-working day’ policy. We didn’t know of this policy and didn’t open the packs straight away as, with any new build jobs are in a queue, we were still doing other jobs before we needed the coving. This company prefer to lose a customer by sticking to strict terms even when their own product was damaged. The glue they suggested using didn’t work either and the coving was all on the floor when we arrived the next day. We will not use Leyland again. Do NOT BUY HERE!”

Hi Claudia Thank you for your review, following our telephone conversation nothing was mentioned regarding the adhesive and the coving being on the floor when you came back the next day. Your comments were the coving arrived damaged, you forgot to mention in your review that you received your order more than two weeks ago. Our terms and conditions clearly state, its the customers responsibility to check your order and notify us within 3 working days if there are any issues. Why always do our upmost to give our customers the best service possible, as our reviews show.

“Ordered a Francesca 51cm ceiling rose from Leyland and found this to be an outstanding product. Very decorative with a high detail finish. Although a light weight rose it was very robust and installation was easy. Paid extra for express delivery and product turned up on time.Would recommend Leyland highly and will use them again”

“Recently orderd 5 lengths of the small art deco moulding. Great quality. Leyland Decorative Mouldings even helped me squeeze 5 lengths into my BMW! Was my first attempt at fitting proper cornices but after some mistakes & some swearing the final result looked really nice”
