“The cooker hood was delivered OK and appears to work fine, however I was overcharged using their online system and almost 3 months later still have not received a refund. I even wrote directly to the Managing Director but he did not acknowledge my complaint. I can only conclude that the overcharge was deliberate. BEWARE”
