“I'm usually very happy with lehmanns. With one exception. It is when the package is shipped with UPS United Parcel service that I consider to be dishonest when it comes to delivery. They do not do what they promise. Over and over again they send me a message that we have tried to deliver a package today. I can honestly confirm that this is not true.”

“I tried ordering a rare book first from three other geographically closer vendors. They all said they had it, but one by one they got back to me after delays of many days and informed me the book was not in inventory. Lehmann's, on the other hand, actually had the book, sent me confirmation of this immediately and sent the book overseas in record time. It is heartening to know that outstanding customer service still exists in our world.”
