“We were looking for a 3 piece suite. We were helped by Maria who had the patience of a Saint. She was answered every question we put to her and knew all there was to know about each suite we looked at. Thanks Maria we left Happy with our choice. Can't wait to receive our new suite. We were spoilt for choice.”

“I could not have been happier with the service and design offered by Del from the bathroom department. Craig and Richie installed the shower and new bathroom. I had been house bound due to recent surgery so they worked around me, also to be mentioned is Michael (manager) from the customer service and delivery department who helped me along the way. Craig was challenged by the hidden gems left behind by previous builders, which is one of the reasons my husband and I chose Leekes for our bathroom installation. Basically you get what you pay for and we wanted quality. Leekes provides a quality bathroom and workmanship. Well done.”

“Warning to all customers that want to install a new bathroom from leekes in crosshands , ordered in March to be installed in aug , they didn’t order the stuff , reschedule for nov their fitter didn’t turn up , colour on a vanity unit incorrect, paid £2,000 more for another fitter , their service is appalling even their director Joanna littlejohn not answering her e mails from us”

“unable to get reply on phone , unable to find a way to query the quality of my purchase online .I bought a handbag reduced to half price labeled Nova Leather ,I foolishly expected it to be leather but the inside label says polyurethane ! Nobody answers phone but that to me looks like misrepresentation -perhaps Trading standards might show more interest than Leekes .”

“I was continually messed around regarding the delivery of a new bed I ordered. Having been given three different delivery dates, I was told a definite date and that I would not have to do anything because payment would be taken out of my account automatically. That proved not to be the case and, because of the inconvenience and lack of professional courtesy I told Leekes I would be cancelling the order. I then received a very nasty and intimidating phone call from a senior member of the company saying I could not cancel and that they would be considering instigating court proceedings. Not only was I dissatisfied by the very poor customer service I received but I was deeply sickened by the bombastic manner of the senior member of staff who showed a serious lack of empathy and, in my opinion, a lack of of understanding of consumer law..”

“Purchased a corner sofa and chair chose the soft thick cushions as thought they would be comfortable and hard wearing but after only two months they are looking very tired I have e mailed to complain but customer service were very unhelpful and quite rude they just said you have to dress them every time you sit on them and alternate the cushions as this is how the soft cushions are I won’t be shopping here again used to be quality but not anymore very disappointed expensive and look cheap”

“We had great help and advice from the staff at Bilston Leekes when looking to buy a suite and some carpet. We have now ordered the furniture but will return to buy the carpet. Steve James was particularly helpful on both of our recent visits to buy the suite. It's a great store and has everything for the home.”

“Visited Leekes store Bilston on Monday 6th February 2023, with my sister and brother in law. We were greeted at the store by Hamza who was friendly, polite and very helpful. We both bought suites that day, and were very happy with the professional advise and guidance from Hamza throughout the process of choosing our furniture. He was always around to answer questions when we needed him. He did not intrude into our shopping experience at all (unlike some stores). He was always at the right place at the right time... with a smile. Barry also provided helpful information. We wish to convey our thanks to Leekes Bilston. It is a lovely store with lovely staff.”
