Was delighted with the product and the service was exceptional!! I live in Norfolk and my local DIY store wanted a £30 delivery fee to deliver to me (I only live 5 miles from said store) and I would have had to wait a week for delivery. As you can imagine I was gobsmacked to receive my order in 2 days with only a £9 delivery fee. Needless to say any other materials I need in the future I shall be purchasing from yourselves. Absolutely delighted!!

Item I ordered was initially out of stock I was contacted promptly offered refund and given date when item would come in. Decided to wait for item and was contacted again promptly with delivery date. Item arrived all good recommend service

Telephoned with item enquiry, to be told the item is available and would be delivered in 7-10 days and they checked with the supplier. Got a telephone call 5 days later to be told item is now delayed by 12 weeks, got an email a week later to tell me my order was cancelled as they may not be able to fulfill the order. Very disappointing service and would not use again

We regret that we were unfortunately forced to cancel your order for a full refund as we had received information from the manufacturer after our order was placed for the item, informing us that they had unfortunately given us the incorrect stocking information on the Cabin Bed you had ordered. Product never arrived. When I eventually chased it up I was informed that it was no longer available despite still showing as 'in stock' online. Have since received a prompt refund though

I ordered a nest of tables and told that it wouldn't be arriving until July! I obviously cancelled the product and asked for a full refund. I waited the usual 3-5 days for it to go into my account, but nothing happened. I rang back a further 5 times only to be told absolute rubbish that it had gone into my account and maybe the problem was with my bank! This was not the case. After finally demanding to speak to the manager, I recieved my very late refund 4 days later. I would not recommend this site to my worst enermy. Absolutely awful service.

As always the information regarding the unfortunate unforeseen stocking delay on your item was passed onto yourself as soon as we had received it from the manufacturers. As stated in the terms and conditions, we aim to process all refunds within 3-5 days from order cancellation although on very rare occasions can take up to 14 working days. Delivery arrived the day before advised date which meant I wasn't in to accept it and it was just left at the front door. This meant I didn't get the opportunity to examine it and as it turned out the item was marked in several places and rather grubby, Some of the marks have still not come off. Therefore somewhat disappointed with the quality.

Love the copper pendants, finish off my kitchen beautifully. Received many compliments on them too. Competitive price after searching online. Order and delivery was v quick and easy and customer services notified me of a delay in delivery which wasn't a problem whatsoever.

Terrible service. Mattress and bed were delivered on separate days. I was informed my order would be delivered on a Thursday and waited in all day - no bed. Then, after I contacted them, I was informed this was an error on their part and that I would receive a further dispatch notice. I then received half the bed the following Wednesday and the mattress on the Friday. When I asked why they were delivered separately I was told it was my fault for reading the website wrong and that each individual item has a different lead time. In the end I took 3 separate days off work to receive the bed. No apologies made by company and no clear notifications were included in their communication about lead times either. Dispatch notifications only made reference to 'my order' and did not indicate partial delivery of any kind. Would have been much more convenient to wait until the longest lead time had passed and deliver everything all together.

After looking at your order we can see the intial error in delivery stemmed from the fact that each item on your order was being delivered directly from each supplier, which were seperate suppliers on this occasion. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologise however as we would almost always strive to have your full ordered organised for delivery to you on the same day, as to not cause too much inconvenience to yourself. We very much appreciate your feedback as this is certainly not the normal procedure for these types of orders, as this is far from how we would usually organise these deliveries. The delivery driver was very helpful and polite. The packaging certainly protected the doors which were fautless. They replaced solid panel doors; one for the kitchen, the other for the lounge. As a result, our hall has more natural light coming in and there is now no danger of bumping into any one working in the kitchen. The quality of the product was the best. Neighbours and friends have all admired them. Many thanks

The country border Tiffany lamp is beautiful. The only thing that confused me a little was when I was checking what bulls I needed. It stated on the website that I needed 3. There are only two bulbs required. My daughters lamp has three bulbs. Have they changed it? It doesn't really matter as I love the lamp.

Mark and others went the extra mile to ensure that my doors were sent - exceptional quality - and liaised with Deanta to ensure that my further door was delivered direct from the supplier, to enable the order to be expedited more for quickly. Superb service

I phoned my order through after coming across Leader Stores on the internet. The call handler was extremely helpful and friendly and the goods arrived within the next 24 hours. Not only was the pricing very competitive the level of customer service and efficiency was of the highest order. I would recommend Leader Stores and will definitely use them again in the future.
