THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE IN HISTORY THE STAFF ARE INCOMPETENT THEY ACTUAL DON’T KNOW THEMSELVES YOU RING ABOUT YOUR SERVICE THEY HAVE YOU DOING THEIR JOB LIKE YOUR AN ELECTRICIAN...AND STILL ITS DOES NOT WORK THEN THEY TELL ME MY SERVICE IS BAD HERE WHY OFFER A SERVICE YOU KNOW YOU CANNOT PROVIDE BUT YET MY NEIGHBOURS HAVE INTERNET WITH ANOTHER PROVIDER AND ITS GREAT SO STOP LYING PLUSNET YOUR JUST USELESS THEY SAY THEY GIVE YOU BACK A REFUND AND THEY GIVING ME £7 BACK DO I SOUND HOMELESS WHAT IS THAT ARE THEY SERIOUS WHEN ITS BEEN MONTHS OF BILLS AND MOST OF THE TIME THEYVE HAD ME TRYING TO FIX THEIR MODEM I TELL THEM I CANT KEEP DOING THIS ITS NOT RIGHT I CANT MANAGE DO WHAT THEY WANT ME TO DO TO REPAIR IT AND THEY DO NOT CARE..... DO NOT DO NOT USE THEM PLS PEOPLE STOP USING THEM THEY HAVE TO GO ITS A SCAM BIG MASSIVE SCAM... WE HAVE TO WORK FROM HOME AND ITS STRESSFUL ENOUGH LETS GET RID OF THEM 💯

Review for Leader Floors witch is part of Leader Stores. Worse company ever. I did order 26th of August, estimated delivery 2nd September. 11th September I asked them is something's wrong that they still didn't sent my order. They answered it will arrive in week commencing 21st of September. What a surprise... It didn't. I asked them again today (26th September) when it will arrive. They answered "I can have this arranged for you for any week day from Tuesday 29th". This is disgusting! Month after order (I paid same day) and they didn't even send it yet!

A month after ordering my doors had not arrived. Completely unresponsive to emails. Really wish I had seen these reviews before ordering, be warned!

I can honestly say this is the worst company I have EVER dealt with online. Waited six weeks for my door which didn't arrive on quoted date. Emailed them 3 days later to enquire where my door was and they replied advising it would be delivered the following week but no communication from them or tracking info is provided which is very poor. They use a courier called DX, if you check their reviews online you will be shocked, review after review stating doors delivered damaged. Guess what?....my door arrived BADLY damaged. It came a day late because it went to wrong depot, the courier obviously knew it was damaged as they just dumped it on my drive and drove away, didn't knock or leave a note. Please read the next bit, I will keep it short and factual but it is important you read on. I contacted leader doors customer services and corresponded with someone called John and sent him pictures of the damaged door. Initially he replied promptly to my emails and said I could return the door or accept a £50 partial refund. As the door was only for an outbuilding and damage was all on the inside face I accepted the offer of a refund. Sadly after 2 weeks and no sign of my refund despite emailing them several times I am now being ignored, no replies whatsoever. Perhaps they think I will just go away? No chance, I have all correspondence in emails and will be proceeding with legal action against them. I just wish I had read the poor reviews of others and purchased elsewhere. There are plenty of reputable other companys to buy your doors from who have good customer service. Take my advice and stay well clear of leader doors or you could very well regret it.”

They have robbed me online by not delivering my item and not giving me a refund I’ve currently contacted the fraud police

Shocking customer service. No one will contact you unless it's on email and even then it's a useless response. Chasing a refund on a defective product through my credit card. Let them deal with my credit card company instead.

Took my money for doors they can't supply due to the current pandemic, understandable I suppose but now wont refund my money, the excuses are laughable, please do not make the same mistake as me and all these other poor people, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid this company. Falsely advertises products as suitable for bathrooms when they are not. The manufacturers packaging states my order isn't suitable for the bathroom (2 tradespeople agreed) yet the website falsely says it is. Forget the useless 1 year guarantee as water damage is obviously accumulative. Paid a heavy price to send back my order and surprise surprise it got damaged on the van (I'm sure it did) and now they say they don't owe the refund (and conveniently can now write off only the manufacturing costs).

I can only echo all subsequent reviews, quite appalling customer service, cancelled my order within 1 hr because of a design difference, on contact with customer manager David, I was advised that a full refund would be processed ASAP, after 14days my account is still awaiting promised refund, Paypay have now escalated my Claim on my behalf. I have dealt with this company before, I will not in the future. I DO NOT RECOMMEND>

Shocking company, quite possibly a scam, placed an order on Monday, was charged extra for next day delivery, no delivery Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday. No replies to emails, voicemails, no call backs from the ones requested, won’t answer any of their phones. I think I’m going to file a police report for theft at this stage. PLEASE PLEASE DON’T EVEN CONSIDER ORDERING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I ordered flooring that was supposed to be in stock, but then they told me it wasn't. They promised it would be in a week later but again no flooring. I then cancelled my order and asked for a refund. After 11 days I'm still waiting for the refund and have emailed on numerous occasions to ask for my refund due to me now being overdrawn in my bank account and will not be paid by my work until the end of the month, but again no reply back from them. I will never recommend or use this company again.

Appalling company. Took the risk of ignoring all the negative reviews on here as the were the cheapest price (Only just considering the extortionate "delivery" fee added on at checkout). I really wish we hadn't. We cancelled another order with our previous supplier as Leader informed us they had the doors we needed in stock; which in retrospect they clearly didn't. After much back and forth, and numerous phone calls and emails to try and sort out refunds for some of the items that were substantially delayed, we received delivery today. I'm now stuck at work until 8pm with my 32wk pregnant wife in tears on the phone as the delivery driver just dumped a pallet of doors outside in the rain, clearly with no opportunity for her to check them or get them inside! Other companies I have used make it very clear at the point of order / checkout that a kerbside delivery only is offered, and usually give the chance to upgrade to a 2 man service if needed. Quite what anyone who lives on their own or is elderly is supposed to do is beyond me, but the customer services advisor I spoke to on the phone made it abundantly clear Leader Doors couldn't care less! I suspect they might reply to this review quoting their delivery T&C's but that's not really the point.... The company we used before were marginally more expensive, but don't lie about their stock levels and offer an actual delivery service rather than a kerbside pallet drop-off. I know which one I'll be using in the future....!

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PEOPLE!!! They are nightmare!!!They will send you poor quality doors and when you ask them to return they'll ask you to pay for return. I paid to return 2 doors, when they received the doors back they lied saying they haven't got them even when courier tracking was saying parcels were delivered and signed for. I had to open a PayPal dispute to get them to reply to my emails to say they have received my return; then it took them a month to refund my money back even if they admitted after 3 weeks doors were already returned that they have got them. If it wasn't for PayPal these people were going to try to rob me for £300. AVOID AT ANY COST!!!! Don't spend a penny on them.

Annoyed I have to even give 1 star. Sony the worst company I've had the misfortune of dealing with in over 5 years. Waited for doors for over 3 months and still not arrived. Constantly fobbed off, that even if I manage to get a response. If leader Doors were the only supplier of doors in the UK I would simply choose not to have doors in my house!

placed a order through their website on… placed a order through their website on 6th jan for some shelving in stock.. got a email a week later advising me id have to wait until 7th feb due to a stock error, i excepted this and decided to wait,i rang them on the 4th feb asking for an update i did not have my order number at hand and gave them my address and post code .but could not find my order on the system had to email them a copy-of my pay pal transaction,the email me back said they were looking into it.had a email 3 days later saying there was a problem with re stoking and would have to wait until 7th march.i find this unacceptable and rang them to cancel my order was not a problem .but no apology. hey ho just found them cheaper on ebay...

Please think twice about ordering from this company. In spite of customer service coming across as polite and helpful....you cannot believe a word they say. We are due a refund of over £500 and have been told on numerous occasions that this has been processed, even an email to confirm. I am still waiting for the money to hit the account. Another promise this morning......we will see!

Do Not Buy from these people. Don't be tricked by the seemingly cheap prices. Tried two orders with them. Both delivered to wrong address. Final one was damaged. Customer Service is run by a rude Sales Director David Turner who has a take it or leave it attitude and he can do no wrong. Had to resort to Paypal to resolve matter. Very, very poor service. You can buy much cheaper elsewhere and get good reliable service too.
