“The course content was very good & the lecturer was excellent. However, the facilities at the Birmingham centre were quite poor compared with other training providers we have used in the past. The temperature within the training rooms was either too hot or to cold. The lighting was extremely poor, we could hardly see the projector screen due to the brightness. When the lecturer turned the lights off you couldn't see to write! Other providers now have LED lighting which is dimmable and is switched in zones within the room.”

My only criticism would be the standard of the lunch provided, insufficient for the number on the course.”
