“Love all the products I’ve bought they feel so good for my skin. The cleanser is fantastic for removing gently every scrap of make up including ultra strength mascara. The toner is Lush and the moisturiser sinks in really well, is none greasy and really hydrates my skin.”

“Love these coconut products for their flavour and delicacy - no harsh bite or aftertaste, just deliciously coconutty and smooth. Service is excellent too, with prompt dispatch and good communication keeping up to date with order process. I'm surprised how quickly I have to re-order - speaks for itself!”

“The Blowing Self-Tan Mousse is the only self tanning treatment I have found that does not irritate my skin. The colour develops really quickly and is very natural. I recommend this product which also contains no nasty ingredients and is Vegan.”

Thank you Lucy, it is so great to hear that you are loving the self-tan mousse and it's natural glow! I really like that the self-tan dries quickly, and has a tropical scent. Did you know we have used 100% PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastic for the bottle. PCR plastic is plastic that’s already in the world – it might previously have been a water bottle or a milk carton, for example. PCR can be recycled and used again, and it reduces landfill dumping and reuses recovered plastics. Many thanks for your review, and for your support. Rian

“I bought a box full of these products for my daughter for Christmas based on the fact they are advertised as Organic and Natural. Little did I know the majority of products contain potassium sorbate which my daughter has a severe allergy to. Lesson for me to not trust the brand and look very closely at the ingredients in future. These products are not as natural as Lucy Bee claims. Very disappointed”

Hi Linda, I’m sorry to hear that you aren’t happy with the Face Cream and Exfoliating Soap that you purchased from us. Please know that as a brand we are open, honest and completely transparent in all that we do, and on each product page we list the ingredients for that specific product, so that customers have all of this detail available before making their choice. Both of these products are certified COSMOS Organic which has strict requirements to be able to use this certification. We are quick to reply either online, via social media or by email and phone for any questions customers may have if you’re ever in doubt or have any questions about a product. Our face cream uses 98% natural ingredients as well as being COSMOS Organic, Cruelty Free International, Palm Oil Free, and certified Vegan. I’m sorry to hear that your daughter has an allergy to potassium sorbate, and we always encourage those with allergies or a sensitivity to certain ingredients to speak to or ask us, or check the ingredients list before purchasing. In regard to the products that use potassium sorbate, it is in our Cleansing Cream, Face Cream, Tan Drop, and Tan Mousse it is not an ingredient in the Dazzling Tonic, Soaps, or our natural deodorant. I hope this helps and please know that we are always happy to answer any queries you may have about our products. Daisy

“I made my first purchase of the Lucy Bee Coconut Oil as I wanted it for a moisturiser. The whole experience has been brilliant my order arrived quickly and smells amazing. When I had a query regarding using it the Lucy Bee customer service came back within literally minutes with really helpful advice and tips. “Ordered a supply of coconut water which is most definitely the best in the market and added samples of the cleansing cream and the facial radiance cream. Not a floral fragrance at all which personally love. And is a kind of earthy botanical fragrance. Lovely! The face cream is unusual and leaves an almost waxy texture on the face which sounds negative but it’s actually really comfortable and is an excellent makeup primer. Love it all and would definitely recommend 😄😄”
