“I had my k9 turf lawn installed with lawnworld over five years ago and to this day it still looks amazing 😍 was the best thing we ever invested in. There is a lot more to artificial grass than you think especially if there is a dog involved. We still regularly have our lawn serviced with lawnworld and would recommend them to anybody thinking about having artificial grass.”

“I left a 5* review on here when my K9 astroturf was laid but since then, not so happy. Instead of 6 month follow up as promised, it was over 8 months, and the turf , clearly a mess by now, was condemned and had to be replaced. No follow happening this time, though contractually I believe it should. They’re not even answering my queries. Think hard before you use this company.”

“We have 2 small, non moulting dogs. We researched the best artificial turf to allow them access to our garden. We had K9 fitted in Aug 2017 by Lawn World. The service was ok. However, in early 2018 large amounts grass and weeds started to grow through the turf. I rang the office and spoke with Sharon in admin. I was told that seeds land on the turf and burrow through the layers and grow up through the turf. The advice was to just pull them out. I wasnt aware I would need to weed my artificial turf. I was offered a free maintainance visit where their employee pulled out all the weeds and grass but said they would return. He did a good job of brushing the turf. More time has passed and the turf is now covered in moss. My husband clears the turf weekly but the moss is very deep. Again I spoke with Sharon who now tells me my warranty offer has expired as I had not paid £240 ( nb the original price was £150) in order to avail this service. In the terms and conditions there is no time limit as to when this warranty offer ends. The company rely on leaving voicemails to make contact with clients. Make sure you get everything in writing unless the calls are recorded. K9 is not a cheap option and this aftercare has let it down.”

“Was real bad aftersales we had a problem with weed growing through which they came out and just cut the piece out and replaced with another piece a bit botched really if I had been there instead of my 90 year old dad I would not of allowed it. After a while the weeds came back and was very hard to contact left many a message but still no reply. When I did get through they said they will get back to me and to this day they hav'nt. My mother in law used a far cheaper company and has had no problems. Seems a case of we got your couple of grand now sod off. Really disappointed with lawn world especially as my dad is now 92. This picture is just one of the many weeds growing”

“They done a fantastic job but a couple of years down the line weeds started to grow through. They come out once and cut the piece with weeds growing and put another piece in. Later on same thing. Every time I get through or leave a message they say will get back to you but never do. My mother in law got her job done cheaper and there is no weeds growing through and in better condition. After the amount of money my dad spent on the back garden I would really would of thought better quality and better customer service. He now has quite a lot of weed growing through and that is not top quality artificial lawn. Barry Favager”

“Just love my new lawn, so do Edie and Ruby, my border terriers. Had it 6 months and excellent for the dogs, even in that hot summer.. no smells at all.. excellent”

“Went to view the samples at the Warrington branch today 14/6/2018, we had a £700 budget for a 24 square metre lawn, the head salesman was very aggressive, and adamant that the only lawn we could have was £39 (the most expensive one), a square meter because we had dogs and threw the sample down towards us, we just turned and walked off, my mum was so shocked at his attitude, maybe 24 square metres is not a big enough sale for him.......”

“From start to finish the service we received was first class! Peter was very helpful & Professional. The fitting team of Nathan, Cameron & Kev were great lads & very hard working. The finished result is wonderful. Thanks to all at Lawn World would highly recommend to anyone. 5 star service”

“We had K9 turf installed about 1 year ago and still looks the same, we do clean it every month and lawn world come out 2 times per year to give it and ex clean. 100% top job. Thanks to Pete and the team. Sammy”

“Super helpful friendly staff...got some fantastic off cuts which have made a great difference to our outdoor reading area and we have used the smaller pieces to cover a table top for small world play. May thanks again for your help. Birchwood Primary School”
