“I recently ordered 3 dresses for a special occasion - 1 gold (in my usual size), 2 in silver in 2 different sizes (my usually size plus a size up).
I found the dresses were true to size which isn't common in a lot of shops these days so ended up keeping the colour I preferred. I returned the other dresses simply because I didn't have any need for them for a particular occasion I was shopping for. The refund process was really swift - I emailed in to chase the refund even though I had only recently sent items back and the company refunded me promptly which was really helpful and appreciated.”
