“My package took a long time to arrive. Ordering from outside the USA I expect that somewhat, but I can not help but to wonder if the shipping label had not said New York, New York, but the address that was on my billing slip : Mebane, NC that I would have receive my package much sooner. I got this review survey more than a week sooner than I got my package. Overall the box was packed well and everything inside was in excellent shape - even though the box itself was very beaten up. Overall I'm very happy with my order and would consider strongly ordering from them again.”

“The price was great and the service was terrific considering that I'm ordering from the U.S. However, the color was disappointing. I realize it's always tricky to judge a color based on a photo on the computer, but nevertheless it's not what I expected. Also I got two different dye lots in the order. They do seem to match well, but it might make it tricky for me to try to sell the yarn. So, it's probably best to only order yarn that you've seen in person unless you live in the U.K. and can return it for free.”

“Quick service but, even though I double checked, by sending a back-up email, I still did not get the accompanying pattern book with my Rowan wool. I have now sent two further emails and left a phone message but have still not heard.”

“I spotted a discontinued rowan yarn that I needed to complete a project. The yarn was delivered within two days of ordering. Sensibly packaged .just what I wanted.”

“I love Arne and Carlos wools but you obviously had them on your web site when you didn't have them in stock. It didn't really matter but it would have been nice to know that when I ordered the sock wool. I worried that my order had been forgotten. I'm sure they will knit up beautifully, any chance of getting Arne and Carlos to the UK?”

“My order contained a lot more yarn than Laughing Hens currently held so I did have to wait a while for it. However, I was kept informed all along and when the yarn finally arrived it was worth the wait! I would order from them again.”

“Really good seller, but it took more than 28 hours for them to dispatch the wool, which is a bit disappointing when they charge £2.95 for postage. Arrived two days after dispatch.”
