“It takes a long time to get orders, plus the postage is very high. I ran out of 1 white Drops yarn which was $1.98 but paid over $6.00 for postage! I live the yarn, but hate the confusion of waiting to see if the order is coming. I ended up reordering because I got no feedback on the order only to find out the order was processed and was sent. What a mess!”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback i can see you are based in the US so posatge will cost more as we are a UK based company. We always send automated emails out when the order has been shipped i can see that this was sent to you but can sometimes go to junk/spam folders, i have forwarded the original email to you regarding your dispatch.
