“I approached Lark and Larks about what i felt was a huge problem...My kitchen! Not only presenting them with a very small but awkward space which would not allow me the vision of a kitchen with maximum storage potential and also workspace for my small bakery business. Right from the outset of my enquiry from the site survey, design, professionalism of not just the designers but also the delivery crew and fitter that was recommended I have to say they went above and beyond to not only tick all my boxes but to create something that I never thought was possible. Thank you team Lark and Larks for your wisdom, professionalism and wealth of knowledge and for actually listening to what was important. Not only is my kitchen stunning but its practical for my business needs and better than i could of ever dreamed of. I would highly recommend!”

“Great customer service. From start to finish the communication was spot on. They kept us in the loop on lead times etc and always managed our expectations. Our kitchen looks fantastic. We have had so many compliments about it and have recommended Lark and Larks to our friends and family. The units are very high quality and the finish looks amazing. They are definitely built to last whilst also looking modern.”

“Had a few orders from these for door handles. First order was fine. Second one was wrong but they asked ME to send their mistake back with no effort to offer to pay or send a return label. Tried again as they had the handles I wanted. Sent me an odd one that they thought could be passed off as the same as the others, it can’t. Said they’d look into it days ago. Heard nothing more. I’d avoid....”

“Bought 6 bedroom wardrobe doors and surrounds. One door was broken when opening packaging and I was told because I didn’t open it within 2 days and I would have to pay for a replacement. Was told the Consumer Act didn’t apply to me as the items are bespoke and I had no legal rights. WOW!”
