Failing to fulfil orders, being full of false promises of delivery and customer service. Stating the "Retail Family Business of the Year " on the phones was in 2017 and is irrelevant and out of date, if not false, advertising in 2023.

10 weeks after ordering my divan, headboard and mattress, I’m still waiting for my delivery. I’m so disgusted with this company. They’ve taken my money but have failed to deliver.

Excellent service when buying, But beware; If product is faulty (even if it is quite obvious that there is a fault) then they will wish to send what they call an 'independent' technician to assess the product. The issue is, that this technician is seemingly not as 'independent' as Land of Beds wish to claim. Obviously, being hired privately by Land of Beds, the technician is well aware, that should he/she make to many decisions in the favour of customer's claim, then Land of Beds may in the future decide to use a different technician. After the technician's visit (I have not yet been given the day/time of visit) I hope to update this review.

We bought an expensive mattress from this company and was so disappointed , The mattress Was of such poor quality you could feel the spring coming through ,And to make up for the lack of padding on the mattress springs they put what they call a topper on the top, which produced a big dent in the mattress after only two weeks , when we complained they said there’s nothing they can do as the mattresses do that , I would advise anybody if you want a quality mattress don’t go to this company the mattress originally was well over £1000

Chose and ordered after speaking to a very helpful member of staff. I told him what we required and the specific reason we needed a new mattress. He made a few recommendations at different price ranges but was at no point pushy. Mattress we decided to buy was the Reylon Stratus Dunlopillo. I was advised on approximately how long delivery would be, which turned out to very accurate. I was contacted a few days before and on the day of delivery to ensure someone would be in. 2 delivery drivers brought it in, unpacked it and put in position, they even removed the packaging. The mattress itself is excellent! No waking up with back pain and can honestly say we now have the best nights sleep in years. Would definitely recommend and will only use this company in future.

Please don't leave positive feedback for this company until you receive your order, even though they request it! Once we paid and left the store the attentive service ended. We were told delivery would take 3 weeks - it took 6 weeks and a battle to get there. The day after buying we received our emailed receipt which now said 'approximately 28 days' - not 3 weeks and definitely approximate. No contact from them when the due delivery date came and went- we were asked to chase it up with the delivery company! Emails contained inaccurate information and stalling tactics, as other customers have commented on.Only when we pointed out they were in breach of contract did we get anywhere , but it was a very stressful experience. No response to our complaint and the free pillows promised in store and on the order have not materialised either! This was an expensive order, but customer service was awful - we would not trust them again and definitely would not recommend.

Don't touch this company, bought hypnos bed only slept on it for 3 nights bought med firm but our backs are broken it's like sleeping on the floor, had mattress protector on but refused to take it back because they said we used it, how are you supposed to know if it Suits with the plastic on.never again we haven't got money to burn customer service the people are reading off a spreadsheet told it was like a new pair of shoes utter rubbish do yourself a favour DO NOT USE.

Worst bed I have ever bought. I had a new hip a year ago which has been perfect until now. I bought a bed from this lot 5 mths ago and my sleep and hip have been badly affected. I desperately need to get another one before it puts me back in the hospital.

Previous customer, ordered firstly during lockdown and received excellent service so whilst upgrading my daughter to a bigger bed we came back. Very impressed by their professionalism and choice online. Called to be cheeky as a returning customer and they fastracktracked the bed for us. 10/10 yet again Land of Beds.

A truly unpleasant company to deal with. Misleading website, not enough information (would it kill them to include a photo of how the delivery is made? How many boxes? Make it clear that they will not help you get it upstairs, or make it clear that only certain types of flooring suit certain types of bed base?) Provided me with a shoddy, badly made bed base from China. They refuse to assemble the type of bed with slats, so if anything goes wrong they can claim it was all your fault for over tightening screws or whatever, based on no evidence at all. Perfect get-out clause. I ordered a bed base from them which was delivered in two incredibly heavy boxes. My son put it together following the manufacturer's instructions but it was not suitable for a laminate floor. I had it resting on a thick rug but one of the feet was so poorly made that it slid out, taking out one of the supporting struts too. Land of Bed's answer was to send me a new strut. Failed to realise I would have to pay someone to put it on, failed to realise that it would not deal with the broken leg, failed to appreciate that my (expensive) mattress was taking a beating by being on the floor. Failed to appreciate that they were providing zero customer service. A cheap and nasty bed frame (which looked great on the website) cost c£450, plus the cost of a handyman to repair the broken bits (£100). I totally detest this company

Beware you DONT get what you ordered! If I could give Land of Beds NO stars at all I would! Their Customer Care Supervisor is simply not interested in resolving a genuine customer complaint or reaching amicable agreement either! . Land of Beds did NOT supply me the bed I ordered, this new bed was ordered online and in good faith I trusted their Senior Sales Consultant to help me with the purchase of this new bed, much needed because my husband is recovering from head and neck cancer and wanted a larger super king bed with a slightly softer mattress than the one, we currently have so it was a little kinder. We have purchased bed products on 4 separate occasions as a family from Land of Beds and never ever will I ever buy another bed/ product from them again, because quite simply; you Do Not get what you ordered! We already have a top of the range Millbrook 3000 Enchantment King-size Divan Bed at a cost of just under £2,000, with a medium tension mattress purchased 6 years ago. In addition, and based on my recommendation; my daughter also bought exactly the same Millbrook 3000 Enchantment Divan Bed, but in super king with a soft tension mattress 3 years ago. Therefore, following on from lots of conversations with Land of Beds Senior Sales Consultant, and after double checking that a New Millbrook 3000 Enchantment Super King Divan Bed was exactly the same as the one I currently have ,?? Instructed that ‘yes its exactly the same’ there is no change’. Oh, great so I knew exactly what I was getting then, no need to try one out in the showroom because I tried my daughter’s bed ,so I knew exactly what I was getting and the expected comfort level. So based on this information I also ordered a Millbrook 3000 Enchantment King Size Divan Bed for my disabled 78-year-old father , he had tried my bed out first and therefore knew exactly what he was getting. Or so we thought!! The beds arrive a number of weeks later and not only are they both damaged, but they are not the same bed either. We waited an additional few weeks for the replacements to arrive, this time undamaged, but again they are not the same bed and therefore the comfort level is entirely different and sadly way too soft for my husband and my disabled father, so I complain. An Engineer from Millbrook is sent to my home to inspect and confirm that the beds are manufactured differently? ‘Yes’, he confirms the beds are manufactured differently, hence why they feel totally different and the reason why the comfort level is reduced. The quality is simply not there, why because the original bed base is of coli and slat construction and the new bed base coil only. So, they are different! Land of Beds came back to me stating that there was’’ no fault’ with the beds therefore I am not entitled to a replacement. I never said that there was a fault!!, my compliant solely related to the fact that I simply did NOT get what I had actually ordered. They responded saying its ‘comfort issue’ only therefore you are not entitled to a replacement. I did NOT get what I had actually ordered. I tried to reason and was hopeful we could reach an amicable resolution, even though I didn’t agree with their comment and felt I had indeed been’ mis-sold’ and that they had altered the website information to, ‘for illustration purposes only’ after I complained. Their Customer Care Supervisor is simply not interested in resolving a genuine customer complaint. The response I received: 2.8 Our website, catalogue and brochure are solely for the promotion of Our Goods in the UK. Their content does not form part of the contract between Us and you. The images on the web site are for illustration purpose only. In particular, the colour of the Goods may differ in reality from their representation on any website, catalogue or brochure. Similarly, patterns of material may vary, in particular those of mattress covers. So, there you go confirmation that you ‘don’t actually get what you ordered and they don’t care!’ This new bed cost over £2,500 which neither of us can sleep on because it’s so uncomfortable. Land of Beds let me down, I trusted them, what you see on their website and what you are told by their senior sales advisor actually means ‘ you don’t get what you ordered’! All this additional stress over a new bed for goodness’s sake ! Never written a bad review about any company before and this is sad ,however the customer service received from Land of Beds or lack of , then this review is well deserved.

Great service when purchasing a £1600 bed, staff so very helpful and knowledgeable BUT the mattress is uncomfortable as I can feel the clips holding the buttons on. I bought the bed in February and complained within a few weeks.They won’t do anything unless I pay £50 to them for sending someone out to look at the issue. Disgraceful after service.

Not a bad word to say! Bought a tempur original elite mattress. Customer service called and helped with any worries I had before even placing the order purely because I had put the item in my basket and then closed the site so they called to see if I needed any help. Once the order was placed I received another call to tell me when the item was coming from tempur and when it would be delivered to me. Delivery was made before the original date, and the drivers were amazing and so helpful. Cannot fault the company at all, and very pleased with my purchase. The mattress is so comfortable. Admittedly I was worried when I first got in the bed but after only one night sleep I woke for the first time in a long long time without hip/shoulder and back pain. Whether that continues remains to be seen but it was so nice to be pain free after so long. A great buy and highly recommended product and company!

Cancelled an order, but company unwilling to return my money, will now have to cancel my credit card and let them work it out. Still calling me to ask if sure I don't want the mattress days after I have cancelled order. Phoned again this morning, said they would phone back, that was three hours ago still waiting

Our sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were not pressured or hassled to make a sale and left alone to make a decision. I can not recommend their customer service highly enough. The wrong product was delivered and Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the outcome.

Ordered a medium mattress , mattress that arrived has firm tension label I rejected mattress straight away now having problems with refund good not as described . Now saying wrong sticker I do not have to accept this item under the sale of goods act not as described . Poor service never use them

Land of beds is a terrible company. Staff are rude and don't help with inquiry's. They sell damaged items and will not refund you. I paid £400 for a damaged mattress and I can't get a refund?? Don't shop at lad of beds

One of the worst companies I've ever shopped with! My delivery was over a month late. Order confirmation was only email I received, I ended up chasing up my £400 fully paid for mattress for 2 weeks after order date. I finally received my mattress and was totally unsatisfied with top brand product I received from lands of beds there was a clear issues with the mattress witch I sent pictures and emails days after receiving the mattress, to explain it was actually faulty looks out of shape and did not match manufacturer specifications. I replied to every form and sent pictures showing mattress is faulty. Only to find out lands of bed will not refund a faulty product??
