“My first reaction when I saw my ring was wow wow wow! It’s absolutely beautiful and above and beyond expectations. It is my eternity ring. It arrived within the timescale and arrived in a gorgeous box which was very well packaged! Would definitely buy from you again x”

“We purchased our wedding rings from Lance James after finding their web site on Google, we both wanted something different and that's what we found! As the store in Chelmsford is only an hour's drive we arranged to pop in, view the samples and get measured so that they could make the rings. Antony was friendly and courteous, offering advice and professional in taking our order. We collected our rings the other day and are extremely pleased with them, and the service that we received. Our thanks go out to all the staff.”

“I bought this green dragonfly necklace to match some earrings that I had bought locally and Lance James could supply this with free delivery and an introductory discount. Delivery was free and I received the item within a couple of days. They supply high-end jewellery and up-market brands and also offer a bespoke jewellery service. Despite the distance, I would use them again”
