“The lights arrived but my electrician could not install them because the hex head screw you need to remove in order to wire up the lights threaded on every single light. So all lights could not be opened to make the wiring connections.”

“I'm an electrician. The lamp took a long time to arrive due to stock issues and the Easter weekend. The lamp itself is very nice but the ceiling rose was cheap plastic and doesn't have any proper fixings. It's one of those that you have to use a hook for (like the cheap IKEA ones) and so the ceiling rose doesn't sit properly flush to the ceiling. I ordered matching, metal ceiling roses with brackets from elsewhere and swapped them over but this isn't something you could do if you didn't know how to wire such things up.”

“Lovely little lights! We have fastened them to the top of our book cases and angled the flex to shine the light down. Really pleased with them, just what we wanted. Easily fixed and plugged into a socket behind the shelves. Great customer service. Dispatched quickly as we were trying to finish that room”
