“The Lamp is pretty and matches my desk. I was disappointed that delivery took so long and that there was no idea of when it was going to be dispatched. But once it was here - it was fine.”

“Delivery was very quick and the best price I could find for 2x Blokhus Wall Lights in Stainless Steel. The items are ok and look ok but the quality isn’t what I expected. The wall screws all were very poor and cheap. The covered dome bolts that hold the front to the wall were poor and two out of four missed the thread stage so they have normal bolts until I can find replacements. The back of the bolts are held only by the plastic back so one is now spinning so the only way to ever remove the light will damage the unit. I fit these Christmas week and have decided just to live with them. I will use Lampsy again although I didn’t contact them about the issues I can’t say how they would responded but the actual lights would only get 2 or 3 stars which is a shame because they look nice.”

“Worst customer service I have experienced in decades. The original issue was with DPD who failed to deliver, failed to send a pickup pass and then wrongly returned item to depot. I emailed Lampsy customer service, asked them to send the item back out asap, they were totally disinterested in the stress, inconvenience and wasted time and told me I'd have to complain to DPD (who had already told me I needed to complain to Lampsy). When I told them how disappointed I was, they decided to cancel my order, knowing that I was desperate to receive it as soon as possible. When I asked why they had gone out of their way to make my situation even worse, they claimed it was a "commercial decision", which makes absolutely no sense. They then stopped answering emails. I can only assume that they cancelled my order as a direct result of me having expressed my dissatisfaction with their customer service. Shocking. I wish I had checked TrustPilot before ordering as there are lots of bad reviews there complaining about their customer service. I have now found the item elsewhere (slightly cheaper too) and will never buy from Lampsy again.”

“Lampsy is great. Product range, website, delivery service, all excellent. The lights supplied, (Design for the People, Nordlux) however, could so easily be improved by using fabric cable rather than plastic. This seems an easy fix, so why not do it?”

We’ve only recently introduced this and continue to make changes but recognise it isn’t always helpful in all circumstances. You can always skip the bot and connect to live chat during normal business hours, or send a message to customer services outside of these times.
