The bulbs arrived quickly and well packaged. Unfortunately they wouldn’t fit in our shades. Returns process is straightforward and simple, refunded in a timely manner. Thank you.

I’m thrilled with my new lamp. It looks great and was exactly what I wanted. Took a while to arrive but I was aware there’d be a delay. Worth the wait.

The lights were very easy to order and arrived in two days.They are just what I wanted and are exactly as described and of extremely good quality and very attractive.

I'd recommend reading a range of reviews before ordering from here. If your order is as placed then all is great, but when there's an issue the way this company deals with it is really anything but customer centric. I placed an order and had no notification of delivery. The order was delivered, followed 4 hours later by a notification to say delivery was going to take place. Upon opening the order, it wasn't what I'd ordered. I contacted Lampsy immediately and was told I had to arrange for return of the incorrect items. I was told I would then have to wait for the returned items to be received by them before they would send out the items I actually ordered (receipt by their preferred courier wasn't enough). Only then would they send out my ordered - and paid for - items and presumably I'd then have to wait +7 days from that date again for the arrival. When I challenged this - as I needed the lamps by a certain date for visiting guests which would have been fine had they sent the items I actually ordered - I was met with a very consistently dismissive and arrogant response by their MD who told me if I want them quicker I should order and pay for a replacement set. Only once they receive the incorrect items will they then issue a refund. Again, the full onus on me as the customer to resolve everything - and for a period of what would be a few weeks between ordering another set and receipt of the refund for the incorrect one, pay twice - when the mistake sat entirely with them. I declined this suggestion, got a refund for the incorrect items received and found the lamps elsewhere with a company who called me immediately on order to discuss delivery time expectations, ensure I was happy with that and that I knew which bulbs were required etc... it's attention like this which makes the difference for small companies and why customers want to recommend them and deal with them again and again.

Sent lights that weren’t as the photo that they had shown on there website and then expect me to go and take them back to a Hermes drop off with no apology ... quite unbelievable

After placing my order for a wall light, I didn't receive details of delivery though the automated system suggested dispatch would be 3 days. After one week with no communication or hints of delivery date, I emailed asking for an approximate delivery date to help organise our electrician. After 3 days when I hadn't received a reply to my email, I wrote again asking for approximate delivery dates. I was told the delay was caused by inaccessibility to a part of the warehouse where the bulb was stored due to social distancing with covid-19. It was suggested that we take delivery of the lamp minus the bulb ordered at the same time. I agreed to this and the lamp has arrived, but it didn't seem to occur to the company that a refund of approximately £5 for the bulb should be actioned. I will email again, but shouldn't have to. Many good companies are struggling to survive in these difficult times, shame that Lampsy don't make that extra effort for their customers. It doesn't always take a huge effort to go from being a mediocre company to a good quality company and can make the difference of survival in these troubled times.

The lamps that I ordered were described as Class II. They actually require an earth-fitting, hence are Class I. I am awaiting a quote from an electrician to have the lighting re-wired but will likely need to return them. This is a really important part of the description that needs to be correct.

I ordered on Saturday and paid for next day delivery but the light only arrived today. Not opened yet, but looks well packaged.

Very helpful staff and excellent service. We needed pendant lights for our kitchen and since our kitchen ceiling is 4,25 meters high, it was quite difficult to find nice, trendy modern lights. LAMPSY has a special section for extra long lights and we really were very happy when we unpacked them at home. Lots of lovely comments from every one who has been visiting.

I love this lamp! It is absolutely stunning and beautifully made. I like the ability to change the height as many are rather small and are not changeable. The delivery was quick and effortless. I would most definitely recommend Lampsy!

Lights arrive promptly, well packaged and in pristine condition. The white pendants look great in our revamped dining room. Would recommend Lampsey to anyone looking for quality light fittings at a good price.

I struggled to order more than one bulb so had to call to enquire. The service to ensure I got my desired order after that with the order being taken over the phone made up for it. Very good service and prompt delivery.
