“Despite ordering over £150 worth of goods, I was charged £20 delivery. Your website did not make it clear that there were conditions to the "free" delivery. The email address on the website was incorrect. The online chat never seemed to work. When I tried to call the lines were ALWAYS busy and when I left messages, no-one called me back. In short, I will not be using the site again.”

Hi Rob, I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience with us. I have looked into this and I can see that the £20 delivery charge has now been refunded.
