First set of tube lights arrived damaged. It was only packaged in bubllewrap, not labeled fragile. Sent an email and they sent out another set but no one awknowleged my email. Not a great service. Not sure why a lightning company isn't using cardboard packaging and not bothering to label packages as fragile.

Product was as advertised and moderately priced compared to many others. The promised email with tracking number never appeared, royal mail never left a card indicating delivery and the light sat for 6 days in an outside bunker while we sat in the dark in our smallest room before i chased non delivery with them. So, fairly disappointed with the overall service.

I paid for next day delivery before the 3pm deadline (order email to prove) invoice says next day, however they sent for a weekday when they say deliver on a Saturday so had to wait 3 days. Emailed but no response and bulb doesn’t work. Waste of £14!

Flat panel LED light. Order 2. One came with a huge dent and the other had a used connector block that wouldn't secure the main wires. On the plus side lampsonline did replace the dented unit without any fuss

I ordered 3 pygmy bulbs and they came within a couple of days, but when I opened the envelope the boxes showed that they were screw fittings and not bayonets as I'd ordered. I phoned and was impressed to receive replacements very quickly. but once again they were screw-type! So I phoned again and a helpful gentleman said he would send more, but phoned back to say he'd been to the warehouse and found that the bulbs inside the 'screw' boxes were in fact bayonets. So I've received 6 bulbs for the price of 3 and you are out of pocket!!

I have already written to you about my experience I was dissappointed that I never recieved what I ordered. I contacted one of your colleagues by phone who checked that you were out of stock of the bulbs that I ordered, The bulbs I recieved instead were not suitable for our needs, i returned them to you hoping for a refund.

Ordered 4 led tubes and payed for 24 hour delivery. But took a full week to arrive with no explanation to why and the tubes or not the same to what was advertised. I emailed the day I received my item but a week later still no response. The bulb they have sent work and they seem fine. But customer service is rubbish. DONT PAY FOR 24 hours that's a con

The service was good - no issues. The quality of the lamps also looked good, better than some I have seen, however, the lamps themselves give off a very "orange" coloured light, it's not a white light, more like the old sodium lights that were used thirty plus years ago. I am disappointed to be honest.

Price was good, but the packing (for a fragile glass lamp) was woeful - it was posted in a basic jiffy bag and arrived with the lamp's thin-card box all mangled. Quite frankly, I'm surprised the glass didn't break. The lamp itself seems to be working (so far), but I expect that it's taken years off the lamp's expected lifetime. I would've expected a "lamp shop" to understand the importance of the "packaging" aspect of P&P but was sadly disappointed.

The order came as quoted but I was very disappointed that when I ordered was not what was delivered I ordered two 5ft twin fitting expecting a twin tube unit but you sent single units, to be fair the boxes do say twin on them. My question is what is a twin and what is a single
