I Believe I ordered a 4000k lamp but 3000k was delivered

The order and delivery went very smoothly but , I was unable to return my emergency lights. I was aware that they were made to order at the point of ordering but at no point was I made aware that, as a result, they could not be returned.

Box came opened, no instructions for light fitting and instructions for remote to set up the microwave detector are “broken” poor Chinese translation. Cannot set up the sensor. Would not use again

Well one of my lights was shaded and one bright I ordered bright. Didn’t know how to send it back

Super helpful staff to assist in finding the right products. First shipment of two 5 foot LED tubes was fast and well packaged, unfortunately both tubes were smashed inside. The team requested photo evidence and quickly arranged a replacement. I have just opened it and both tubes are again smashed. Package is secure, not sure if they’re going in broken or DHL are using the package as a baseball bat? I’ll be trying one more time.

Ordered the downlighs got plenty of emails but no downlighs once the order was found got the lights straight away

It took three attempts to deliver two fluorescent tubes unbroken due to poor packaging. Also the first delivery which was supposed to be guaranteed next day actually took five days. All worked out ok eventually.

Not happy as wanted another 2 which I paid next day delivery on Thursday still not recieved . After calling them told there was a cut off point which in my eyes should not of had to pay extra so let down on time as can't finish job to let you know what I thought of product. Feel let down.

Good product previous works well but Regretfully this was badly damaged on delivery notified you but no response yet can I return or get secure stong packaging?

I was rather disappointed that the fitting didn’t work once I plugged it in? Don’t know if it’s the wrong replacement or the fitting needs replacing? The jury is out on either?

The order arrived on time well packed. The Downlight bulb unit is good but let down by a poorly made connection block. Had great difficulty in getting the connection block to grip the copper conductor wire. Balancing on a step ladder, pushing down a little white button (which came off) with a screwdriver and at the same time pushing the cable in as far it would go was not easy - no success. Gave up had short-length lighting cable enabling me to work on the box on the bench - much easier - then connected to the main circuit using Wago connectors. Not impressed. Won’t buy again.

Incorrect items! Nothing wrong with the back to basic products; I've put in several orders now. But last two orders have had missing parts or wrong items. The direction of a fire exit sign is important! Waiting for a response but they have been quick in the past to rectify issues.

Delivery came late after paying extra for delivery, then fluorescent tubes broken when they arrived. Packaging just wasn't good enough. Gave 3 stars on review as very friendly & helpful on phone and gave refund straight away.

I bought two sets of lamps from two companies, not sure which or from whom, recently. Your request for a review does not reference the purchase. This seems poor communication to me. Another example of poor communication was that, for one of the two purchases mentioned above, I wrote requesting to cancel the order, before I had a despatch note. To that request I received no response. The goods arrived anyway. Not exactly what I wanted, which is why i sought to cancel the order. That was also bad communication.
