Google sent me here for Osram 205 bulbs. I received 210 bulbs. They said it was my fault and they wanted me to pay return postage and trot back to a post office, the cost of which would probably be the same as any refund and 2 postages lost in the process. Please do not believe Google when they send you somewhere requested and watch this website to not make an unexpected ordering mistake that you can't really afford to return.

I opened my led lighting panels and many of the leds that was in there was broken dented or turning on weirdly. So it has set my entire project back a whole two weeks now. I do not recommend anyone using these guys

Extremely Poor after service from these guys. They like to quickly take your money, but seem to think that you are lying about a faulty item, saying that they will have them tested. REALLY, like I've got nothing better to do than claim a Refund with all the hassle. This must be their way of wearing customers down so they don't claim a refund. Very poor customer service.

Lamps not packaged well one tiny piece of bubble wrap - broken when arrived. Sent email with photos and have received no response. Paid over £15 for nothing! Usually don’t like people leaving poor reviews but disappointed.

We paid next day delivery got it 2 days later and the bulb has only lasted a week so not great

Bulb did not fit! Wanted to return but had to phone to enquire as to how I did a return! After 3 attempts I eventually got to speak to someone who informed me it would cost the price of the order in postage to return! Not a good service and would not recommend!!

Awful! Placed an order on Friday afternoon (not having seen the small print saying no deliveries over the weekend), was given the choice on paying an additional next day delivery at premium rate (which was three times the cost of the bulbs), which I selected as desperate forthe bulbs. Afer contacting Lampshop online on monday when delivery not made, they said - should have read small print! Really helpful!! If not avalaible over the weekend, why offer it???? Goods finally turned up Tuesday afternoon - wont be bothering with them again!!!

Purchased some light bulbs but unfortunately was unsuitable, I contacted and asked if they could be returned for a refund, I was sent the return address and told this wasn't a problem. I sent back via tracking parcel force, but was not given a refund despite being sent back undamaged and in its original packaging and was received still with no refund, I look forward to posting further reviews on trustpilote. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I'm not happy with your service, because I didn't get a reply to my email,your personal asked me to email pictures and manufacturer of the new led lights I had to purchase because your lights didn't come with lamps. I requested the cost the lamps for lights

Unfortunately my experience with this order was not a good one. I did send a couple of emails to try and rectify the situation but had no response so hence this review. The item (a battery for my alarm system) arrived promptly but was the wrong type - 1.2Ah instead of the 2.1Ah battery the picture on the web page showed. The picture of the item and the description were different which was misleading. I'm sure it was a genuine mistake but not getting any response to my email means a negative revirew is the only option left open to me.

Philips 5ft 58w 840 T8 Fluorescent Tube - Cool White Purchase this great bargain went for next day delivery which was more then the item itself. Placed my ordered but unfortunately didn't receive email of order detail. Order came 3 days later after paying for next day delivery email company found them to be so rude and not helpful or bother. Finally receive it but damage the whole tube was in pieces... I rang them straight away email them proof and were helpful on the phone. Ended up receiving my item the next day in one piece. Was disappointed but still got it after waiting almost a week. Can't complain regarding product price but delivery prices ridiculous.
