“Finding the products online and placing the order was easy and the delivery was quick and everything undamaged well done, although the order tracking could be improved, although you get a tracking number there was never any info on the delivery leading to the first delivery be missed.”

“Good product, good price and quick delivery. The only issue was that I was informed that I would be told once the package was on the way and would get a tracking number; that did not happen, the parcel just arrived.”

“Very good choice of lights and good prices. I opted for 3 outdoor lights to illuminate the garden and side of the house, the attached video shows how effective the two on the back are (these are Osram LEDvance 50W, 5500 lumens 6500K daylight colour units, SKU: FTG-LEDFLOOD50IP-B6500K-O-2). The company responded promptly to a couple of email queries too. Only drawback was delivery- the first one got lost then the re-order came to a work address but didn't have my name on or any accompanying paperwork so it got put on one side and lost for a week.”

“Small top-up order for 2 Emergency packs, with 2 cheap bulbs added to make up free shopping quantity. All received inside 48h, and well wrapped in bubble wrap. The bulbs were of 2 different sizes, and both less than the advertised consumption but with same output - so problem.”

“Good service but I wasn't provided tracking details as promised. A minor point but slightly inconvenient as I had ordered the product for non internet savvy elderly relatives. Also, despite entering different billing and delivery addresses, the confirmation page showed both as being the same, requiring me to phone to confirm the order had gone through correctly.”

“Quick delivery was appreciated. Fairly easy to replace the old fitting, however I had two issues before getting the new unit to function correctly: 1) the instruction leaflet said a 'jumper in the centre of the control unit' should be removed for non-maintained operation, the only 'jumper' I could find was a short wire linking the permanent live and switched live connectors at the mains input connection block. Through trial and error, this did prove to be the 'jumper' to be removed - the instructions could be clearer. 2) after 24 hours of connection to charge the batteries, the mains supply was disconnected to test the battery operation of the light fitting. It didn't work. Investigation found that a low-voltage wire was not secured in its temination block, rectifying this gave the expected operation of the unit. Otherwise, an acceptable price and quick delivery. Time will tell whether the longevity of the unit is acceptable - it's only been installed for a few days.”
