Both lamps came broken at the end, didn't bother with a refund as that would've been too much hassle

For the second time I have received my order in inappropriate packaging and now have smashed lightbulbs!!! Trying to contact by phone and can’t seem to get through!

Very poor service. I paid for the"Guaranteed Next Day Delivery" The bulbs were not delivered until the day after the Guaranteed Day of Delivery. This caused extra cost (half day labour cost as well as the equipment used to fit into 5 metre lamposts). When informed LampShopOnline refunded the £4.95 extra shipping costs. The yardstick for companies is how well they make good their failures. In this case it was pathetic. I am taking this further, LampShopOnline are responsible for the information that appears on their website and need to understand what the term Guaranteed actually means. Richard Regan

You delivered the wrong goods then claimed the goods I ordered were no longer in stock as the manufacturer had changed the specification. Despite this the goods I ordered remain for sale on your website, they are also advertised on a number of other websites. The only redeeming feature is that I was offered a full refund.

As mentioned in our correspondence, suppliers like to change tiny details such as lowering the wattage slightly (for energy saving purposes) and fail to inform us. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!! No communication or information about my order 12 days after placing my order. When I login it shows my order is “Complete”. Last week and today there is no tracking info. Disaster I should have gone to my local electrical shop and paid a few quid extra!

Extremely poor service. £4500.00 of lights ordered and delivered this week. The delivery and smashed by the courier who dropped the whole order package at height which were incorrectly stacked. The driver then refused to take them back and sped off and left the mess behind. Numerous calls and emails together with photographs of the damage were sent to Lampshop immediately and yet 5 days gone by without resolution. The couriers are accepting full responsibility and cost to Lampshops losses. Lampshop have sent me emails apologising but still refusing to replace the order or reimburse me to enable me to purchase elsewhere. The emails show they are seeking to re-package damaged goods that are sitting in the rain and send back to me at full cost. They have been given assurances and apologies from the couriers that their costs will be covered by them so why am I not receiving replacements or refunds without question. Yet still they are trying to delay replacement or refund as they want to see what they can salvage…..BUYERS BEWARE !!! I’m sure it will be resolved eventually but I now have to pay another £4,500.00 whilst waiting for my refund which shouldn’t be allowed to happen. I will seek compensation.

I searched for "fluorescent light fitting" and received a fitting that only supports LED tubes. Probably my fault for not reading the blurb more carefully!

I feel l should warn people about my online experience I am a busy Dr I ordered a replacement bulb and I ask for Royal Mail 24 delivery When I ask for a tracking number at first they didn’t give me one l then found out it was being delivered by a company called DX They did delivery the parcel in time however l should have been told my parcel wasn’t being delivered by Royal Mail and did l want a refund
