Who knew it would be so difficult to get a strip bulb for the garage? Couldn't get one locally so ordered one, delivery was more than the bulb though. Ordered, the delivery date came & went no explanation for no delivery, emailed Lampshop, and they chased it, it was broken at the delivery depot, Lampshop dispatched another one, actually, 2 in a great hard card tube, the package arrived and I opened it to find one completely smashed, glass shards flew out all over my living room floor, there was no way to get the unsmashed one out without glass flying everywhere. Took a lot of clearing up. The unsmashed bulb did work hurrah!

The price & the parcel was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the next day delivery we paid & did not see that Saturday was not counted

Hi Edward, Apologies for any confusion with the delivery. For future reference we do offer a Saturday delivery option if you require your goods urgently, it would need to be selected at checkout for it be sent on this service though. Hope this helps. Lampshoponline Team

Not bad service but do feel that a diagram or picture of the bulb needs to be available before buying in order to order incorrect shape. When asked if exchange available, the response was quick but had to return and reorder. Cost of postage wouldn't make it worth it.

Lampshoponline were very good in recommending what I should buy against the parameter given. Unfortunately, one of the orders was based on the wrong information given by your company. However, I am confident that we shall get the goods at the end of the day.

The order was placed ok and delivered ok. But 5% discount offer sent after I had purchased the items so couldn't take the discount.

I do hate to complain but I was very disappointed with my delivery. The parcel arrived in plenty of time but as I picked it up you could hear it was totally smashed and as I picked it up glass poured out of the bottoms of the tube! The tube was fine but no secure ends on it, which might have caused the damage? I did call to complain and they were amazing and they said they’d replace and pick up the damaged item.

For some reason the delivery address came up as an old address of my daughter's not the billing address. Although customer service attempted to help I'm left feeling a little peaved. Luckily & not thanks to you I was able to retrieve the package, this involved 90 minutes of travel & time so not ideal.

Very Good products at good prices. Deliveries have always been on time (pre-10 AM a bit hit and miss). Getting a VAT invoice has always been a problem, even after sending emails to different apartments. This has always been a problem.

could have done with a delivery note being sent with the order as my warehouse was confused where the order was from and what it was for, also could check off what was received to what was ordered?

Although the lamps have good light levels and are daylight white,The 6w Primalux lamp shown on the website was frosted which I thought I was ordering not clear which I received . Delivery time was good.

Paid for next day delivery so we weren’t in darkness as house just moved into fused 2 x these bulbs A bit like unicorn poo they are now quite rare ..but lamps on line had them ..paid for next day but never showed When I quizzed the supplier they told me they we’re on route …be there at 3.45 !! Never showed snd finally appeared next day at middays Told customer services who assured me they would refund thd next day charge …guess what ? Lamps are fine ,but service was kack

Were able to supply a bulb I'd been unable to source locally. Kept me in touch by email exce[t they had promised a tracking number. When I rang the person who answered was polite and helpful, who explained that Royal Mail had not given a tracking number - frustrating as this was paid for. Ordered on Tuesday and delivered on Friday.
