Offered a 5% discount seeing as i'd left items in basket and said I'd get it at checkout. Well i paid and never got discount, won't rush back I'm afraid.

I damaged the lamp on unpacking because it hadn't been packed properly and slipped out the tube. The starter was also missing. I emailed them but they've not responded.

You want to know my review. I ordered it on Wednesday 15th march. Today is 19th And still waiting. For it to arrive ,royal mail tracked as well. No email or order despatched?

Bought Magenta coloured lamps, should have been named baby pink, not the right colour.

I had no idea that my order would arrive today. If it was not for this notification to write a review then I would have no idea that my order had arrived and was put into my safe place. I was not happy to find that when I opened my order I found rubbish included in my order. I had part of my order packed into an envelope and when I opened the envelope I found the strip you remove from the envelope seal pushed into the envelope. To me, that should be put into the bin and not sent to the customer. I do not consider this to be acceptable sending your rubbish to your customers or in any way think it to be funny. It is a good way to insult your customers and make them think twice before they come back to you.

Ordered bulbs in next day delivery they turned up 3 days later so if you are in a hurry try someone else as this isn’t fast bulbs were fine a little expensive but not stupid I used them as they had a next day service so ultimately dissatisfied

The products were fine, but the delivery was a disaster. After paying extra for next day delivery, half of the order was a day late. Will think twice about ordering again.

Bulbs delivered broken due to insufficient packaging and no fragile labelling. It took 4 attemps to get it right.

3 weeks late won't send part orders to keep customers happy.first was 10days late then changed my order as it was going to be over 3 weeks received the different items 18days after order

Insufficient packaging light panels arrived damaged and miss shape we’ve had to use them as these were in my granddaughters hair salon not very happy Poor quality

The products I ordered arrived fine - but I paid the extra for next day delivery since we had visitors coming and need the light bulbs having just moved house. They arrived the day after that - a waste of money. The postman blamed storm Eunice but I wasn't so sure....

I was advised by a Lamp shop employee which lightbulbs to buy, they were the wrong ones so I had to send them back and £8.99 postage, even though it was not my fault. I did then speak to another employee and sent her pictures of what I wanted. She ordered me a different bulb.

Online ordering is a complete waste of time. Next day delivery, does not happen. Online chat to chase up order another failure. Order was supposed to be shipped Friday for delivery Monday, but did not happen. Used the online chat facility to find out why order delayed and was told it would be delivered Tuesday but never happened. Still unsure if my order has been shipped or if I will ever receive it??? Extremely poor service which has cost me financially, and requires a further visit to site to fit the lights if they ever arrive. Needed to let of some steam as it seems no one cares !!!

The lamp is secure and it came in brand new condition but the customer service is so poor, they haven’t replied to me and its been a week and also they don’t include a free return.

First delivery of Energiser 4000k LED tubes was damaged in shipment by UPS they were packed in a very thin cardboard box. Replacement LED Tubes sent, delivery late, packed in a hard cardboard tube (good), but were 6,500K not as the paperwork said 4000K. Waiting 4000K replacements and used up the 6,500K tubes elswhere as they said not worth sending back. If I am in the area its their round at the pub.
