“Their problem is poor communication. My order was delayed because there was an item out of stock, but I wasn't told this until I queried the non-delivery. It should be better than this.”

“Ordered 2 Philips 55W UV tubes however compatible Osram tubes were delivered instead. Would normally not be an issue but these are labelled as made in Russia! Probably bought stock before the current problem but not somewhere we should buy from at the moment!”
