I would like to thank Lakeland Customer Services (Kay) and Lakeland Norwich (Joyce, Vanda and the lady on the till) for helping me with my last couple of heavy purchases. Your customer service and the way you treat your customers is excellent. Thank you for helping me with the bulky packages, and for being genuine, decent people. It was much appreciated and you are a credit to Lakeland.

I purchased a Sage Mini Oven in early December and it wasn’t heating properly, the first person I spoke to seemed fairly uninterested and gave me the number to ring Sage direct. This I did and after a week didn’t get very far, this morning I rang through to Lakeland customer services and got a really kind helpful chap, he agreed to send me another oven and I can pack the faulty one up for courier return. So a big thank you sorry I can’t remember your name.

Absolutely useless. Ordered a cuisinart ice cream machine for a bit of fun with my daughter whilst other one away, so went for next day delivery. Well it’s two days later and they still can’t tell me when it’ll be despatched. Bang goes my idea of doing something nice, especially as I’ve stayed in for a whole day waiting for it, as no one bothered to send an email to say it wouldn’t be arriving. Customer service yesterday said it would arrive today, again no despatch notice so I called at 9am. This time given lines about it being Evri’s fault. Sorry, but I don’t buy it because Lakeland usually send out an email if there’s an issue. For my wasted week (I could’ve had this delivered on Monday via Amazon, I’m being sent £20 of vouchers. I actually think it’s a total joke. It’ll be a very long time before I order anything more through Lakeland. Moral of the story - should’ve gone to Amazon or John Lewis. Far more reliable and at least they own their problems and rectify it immediately. Very disappointed as I’ve used Lakeland in our town loads (although that’s now gone). You’ve gone seriously downhill Lakeland.

I bought a sage juicer from Lakeland so delighted with sage juicer quality is excellent beautifully made wasn’t disappointed it does a great job happy with the price,customer service couldn’t praise them enough so helpful will definitely be visiting Lakeland again great service

I am very disappointed and frustrated. I purchased a drying cabinet (£129). The remote didn't work and I had safety concerns about the wobbly heating element. I filled out two online forms and submitted my details to an online chat. Nothing. Finally, I rang and spoke to an operative who was so disengaged he was yawning loudly while I was talking. He didn't/wouldn't/couldn't address any of my concerns but booked a replacement (fingers crossed, I thought). The replacement arrived (not on the day stated) and has a faulty remote and a wobbly element - just like the previous unit - and I have lost 3hrs+ of my time, assembling, disassembling, packaging, trying to find a way to get someone to respond to me at Lakeland etc. So, in conclusion, they do honour their no-quibble replacement policy (hence two stars) but in all other respects their customer service is non-existent. I would have much rather resolved this with the company than leave a bad review but that just doesn't seem to be possible.

Their delivery company is beyond awful and Lakeland have - so far - not followed up my non-delivery with any degree of effectiveness. The delivery company have falsified their online non-delivery information relating to my same order - Twice! I have been waiting to receive my order since they first said they would deliver on Wednesday, and here we are on Saturday evening, still no delivery and with them having lied a second time. I have Nothing good to say about Lakeland or their delivery company.

Advised before arriving " Staff were wearing masks " to protect customers - this was not the case with one in Bournemouth Branch ! CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS DISGUSTING . I WILL NOT BE USING YOUR STORE AGAIN . I HOPE YOU CEO IS READING THIS - YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF WITH POLITENESS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS !!!! ESPECIALY " AMANDA "

Don't get scammed by these people! I have bought an electric pot stirrer under my company name and the item has been invoiced on my company name. The item has arrived and everything perfectly fine until now, but then I have gave the stirrer a go and decided to use it. Recharged the battery but it took 8 hours before the green light came up instead of the 4 hours state in Amazon Web site (the this item is also £10 cheaper than their website. But I thought it was just particularly low and I didn't pay lot of attention to it, even though I wasn't happy with the recharge times. So I have decided to try to use with a very simple recipe, milk and cream to see it at work. After 8 minutes at low heat, I start to smell caramelized odour, so I stopped it, I pulled it out, I took a silicon spatula and the bottom of the pan was completely covered of a sort of caramel, it clearly sticked to the bottom. This item is sold to be able to make risottos, porridges but it won't work for any of those, trust me!!! The small engine is clearly undperowed, the lower arms got closed (found them closed after I pulled the item out of the pot), and milk density is much less thick than risotto or porridges!!! So I contacted the seller , to let them know that the item was not working properly, probably a faulty unit!?!? It could be, but they just kept repeating the same question in every email, "did you use it for private use or for business"?? I have been honest because again, the name on the invoice was more than clear it was a business. As I have answered "business" they shutted the doors on my face, saying that they could not do anything because that item was not suitable for businesses.....and it was not even mentioned anything about "domestic use only" in the item description. It seems a mix between a prank and a scam!!! You sell an item in Amazon business, you sell it and invoice it to a business and if it doesn't work the customer gets a kick in his back and you shut the door on his face??? Very poor behaviour! My experience has been very bad with them and I would not recommend them at all. If you have a problem, you are done! You have wasted you money! Do not use this company!

Do NOT shop online with Lakeland. Their communication and use of Hermes is appalling. I purchased an item on 29th October and they still haven't delivered the item on 17th December, despite 7 phone calls to the customer service team. The worst online shopping experience I have ever received and a complete breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Rubbish from the start. The original item was not delivered when promised (it was a gift!!) and then when it was delivered - it was damaged! Having then called in to complain and request a replacement, the customer care is atrocious. I was told a replacement has been sent out - but no confirmation given via email. And no sight of the replacement 10 days later. And now these cowboys won't even pick up the damaged item. Just rubbish in so many ways. There are so many other better alternatives in the UK - I regret giving these guys a chance. Will never use again.
