“If we hadn’t received one part were drill holes not done and a missing protector on the leg it would have been higher stars as the actual chair is good quality and very comfy. When you’ve ‘finally’ put it together with no instructions.”

I am sorry to read you did find problems with this product which included a missing protector and drill holes that had not been done. I do apologise regarding this. “I’m really pleased with my kitchen bar stools they look really gorgeous the exact colour I wanted, and very comfortable. One of the bottom foot rests was missing on one of the chairs. I phoned Lakeland and they sent it on next day delivery. Brilliant customer service.”

“The chair is lovely, but it did come with a dint in the cushion which remains there a week later. I emailed straightaway and I'm still waiting for a response. A shame as delivery was good and other than that, it's a good chair”
